When they provide you with a quote over the phone they will tell you one thing to book the move (no minimum and a reservation fee that is applied to your final bill), when they actually call to confirm the move they will then tell you the minimum hours and the hidden fees. 0/10. Stay far away. It was discovered immediately following the move that a ring was stolen from one of our nightstands. Do not use. If you run into similar issues, file a BBB complaint, call the police & leave reviews everywhere. I'll make sure I continue to post this everywhere until this is addressed. Company will take zero ownership, guys that work for the company don't care but they will care about BBB complaints and loss of business.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM! I move frequently and have used several different companies, no one is perfect but this company is by far the absolute worst! They sent 3 men but I constantly had to search for the third man who seemed to be getting paid to daze into the air. It took them over 30 minutes to move a couch that not only wrapped myself but took down a flight of stairs alone in my previous home. They will at all cost MILK the clock. They purposely move extremely slow! Lesson learned, NEVER again!!

Called to get a quote and asked for a written quote and contract. Man on the phone was extremely condescending and pushy and kept insisting how professional his workers are and that he has more stars on yelp than any other mover (100% not true) He became condescending and exasperated when I asked for a written quote and told me if I would just give him my credit card number I could "go enjoy my weekend and not worry about moving any more" Such unprofessional, sexist and bullying behavior towards a woman is extremely disappoi... read more

If I could give 0 Stars I would. First, the guy gives me a quote to move a 2 bedroom apt into storage for 700 dollars. I had everything ready to go (beds broke down, TVs Wrapped, Dressers wrapped and boxes taped). It took them 3 hrs to grab everything and most items were in the garage or the connected living room. Then the drivers were so unprofessional, the one driver tried to ask my fiancé on a date while I was gone to an appointment. What a rip off....RUN RUN RUN!! I moved apartment buildings, I was quoted $300 over the phone, was told I have no choice 2 days before my move that I had to buy a mandatory protection package for over $100 additional. The movers where so slow they took 5ish hours to do it and my total ended up being $700+....A HUGE RIP OFF & they damaged my tv stand and dresser but won't answer the phone.

DO NOT USE! Needed movers for a quick 5 mile job that consisted of a bedroom set and an office desk. Of the 7 pieces moved, they damaged or destroyed 5. During the claim process, they offered to settle for $140. Their drivers signed their ipad documents for me and never offered me any sort of insurance options. This is now turning into a legal matter. HORRIBLE.

Please stay away from this company.... BIG SCAM. they will over charge you. They helped my mother in law move and it was a horrible experience.. I should have rented a uhaul and did it my self. To begin with they send 3 guys and the moment they got there they started moving slow to burn up the time. They quoted me 625$ flat rate nothin more... the price went from 625$ to 1065.28$. THE MOVE WAS TO A STARGE UNIT LESS THAN 3miles away. They throw so many extra charges on there and they will hold your thing hostage on the truck ... read more

do not use this company. they are unproffessional, very rude and defineltly unreliable. charged my friend 2200 before even moving her things talking about its there policy. then when they get the money they leave and dont come back to pack up the rest of the stuff. one of the guys even tried to fight her husband saying negative slurs of obsene language. my friend now has to rent a hotel because they didnt put her bed together or anything else for that matter. this is the worse company ever and i dont think they should be rip... read more
