I am extremely disappointed with this company's lack of professionalism and reliability. I signed a contract, received email confirmation for the move, and reasonably believed everything was set--especially since this move was for my 82‑year‑old mother. The movers damaged several walls and took a chunk out of my wood floor. I got charged for their services while they were on the phone with their office discussing the damage. While I was waiting for them to come back inside and let me know what was going on with the damage, they got in the truck and left without telling me they were leaving. We booked a move and were told they would call a few days before to give us a "window" of time for our move. The window given was 10am to 5pm! They showed up at 4:40. One of the movers was great, the other was totally inexperienced and unable to really help. But the worst thing is they sold my number to a marketing company so now I am getting spam calls and texts. Totally unacceptable.

Upon arrival the guys took 20 minutes before they started and this is a timed company as the day went by they clearly took their slow time moving out. I even was sitting there for a period of time and wondering what was going on why everything wasn't being brought out After all that I got from some rude guy that work at the company telling me that I owe $1800 that has to be paid now I said for what your guys started at 8:40 it is now 140. Be sure to never use the Atlanta All My Sons moving company! Devon, the manager, and Mrs Shay, the woman working at their office lacks customer service! Super rude! We paid extra for 3 guys, being told that the move would go faster! It actually took longer! The guys took 2 hours on the front end to move out. We didn't have that many items. Sexual Harassment - I recently used All My Sons to move and am extremely upset about the entire experience. Upon arrival, one of the movers started sending me inappropriate text messages and continued to do so the entire duration he was supposed to be working. He even tried to get me in a room alone! DO NOT USE THEM IN ATLANTA! Google reviews are nationwide. i have no compensation for errors. one fine art disappeared and other broken--irreplaceable. Block of expensive knives thrown in a 4 ft box unwrapped with a mirror and glass bowl bowl and 5 lb dumbbell. Ext slow--by the hour. I had to start packing and I got movers due to serious health issues. No bubble wrap appropriate boxes for kitchen and i looked and found they were going to ditch half my kitchen. Absolutely the worst moving experience I've ever had. All My Sons Moving originally quoted me 3 hours to move a very small list of items: three dressers, one bed already taken apart, one full bed to disassemble, a mattress, two nightstands, and one large mirror. They also included our home gym, shed items, barstools, tv, and shelves in the quote which they did not get to since the time was already running over. No integrity! Off you are looking to be bamboozled- you are in the right place! They damaged my chest of drawers and gave me a big run around! Never paid for the damage! Just lied over and over again! Run don't walk from this company!
