Despite the friendly folks prior to the move I would not recommend this company! I was told is was fine and actually helped to put clothes into large trash bags by several representatives. On the pre-move confirmation call I mentioned it again and was told they don't accept that packing method and I would be charged a fee for their garment bags. I would never use All My Sons Moving & Storage again. I paid approximately $2,200 to move from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom condo. They charged me $178 per hour, and the movers worked from around 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The entire process was extremely slow, and for the amount I paid, I expected much better service. ROBBERY! Actual robbery! The manager Actually said "go ahead and file small claims It will cost more than the items". They caused over $1600 in damage. The workers were doing coke in my Bathroom, and they stole over $4000 in furniture and my laptop and claimed "I said they were junk"". Do not work with this company Dave d
Damaged my house, never paid claim, gave me other customers items and I'm missing items from my move. Workers are unprepared with no tools and jack up the price. I have split level house. I was charged 1400.00 for a 9 mile move. I also had to pay another moving company 350.00 because AMS could not get my refrigerator out the house. Management is hostal when you call, they never call you back. Do not use these people. Worse moving experience!
Showed up 5 hours late after the window, moved 5 total items, and somehow failed to tighten the bed frame AT ALL. Complete disorganization, no urgency, worst company I've ever come across. Also reeked of weed when they showed up. Great people, but stay away if you want a job well done.
Please, Do Not use this moving company, Their movers are not professional and dedicated. After I paid almost $1900, had to hire another moving company to finish the mess All My Sons left me. I had to call the company 4 times to speak to the manager, because they were not returning my calls. Since the movers were not knowledgeable about their jobs, my LG Washer Machine was damaged, walls as well. Finally, I found out they took my iPhone 17 charger too..... You will be regretful if you decide to use this company ever.
The move went great and everyone was nice to work with. So I thought. I moved in 2022. I didn't fully unpack for months. I went to find my non-locked safe with my baseballs cards and SSC. It is no where and I don't have that much stuff. I looked everywhere. Then remembered I left it unpacked in my closet. There's only one explanation for what happened to it. I know I'll never see those cards again but if you book these guys, just make sure to pre-pack any jewelry or anything that could be easily taken. I will sadly never use... read more
I am extremely disappointed with this company's lack of professionalism and reliability. I signed a contract, received email confirmation for the move, and reasonably believed everything was set--especially since this move was for my 82‑year‑old mother. The movers damaged several walls and took a chunk out of my wood floor. I got charged for their services while they were on the phone with their office discussing the damage. While I was waiting for them to come back inside and let me know what was going on with the damage, they got in the truck and left without telling me they were leaving.
