If I could give this company zero stars, I would. From start to finish, my experience was a nightmare. The movers had no clue how to operate their own vehicle. What should've been a 5-hour job dragged into 10 hours of confusion and sluggish pacing. One worker's hygiene was so appalling, his odor permeated the entire house--from upstairs to downstairs. I would NEVER use them again. Beware! They scheduled us as 2nd move of the day for a FULL house move. I was told between 11am-3pm Monday, I started calling around 2pm and that is when I learned they would not arrive til 6:30p and could only stay til 8:30p and would have to come back the next day. We had closing and walk thru the next day. Three customer service reps told me that they would move us even if it took till midnight that is not true. The crew that I had only had 5 men rather than the 6 that I was quoted and paid for. We scheduled two trucks that they filled, but they weren't able to get everything and wouldn't go get the other items without me hiring another crew to move again. They hustled for sure, but put items in the wrong rooms even though they were marked where to go. I will never again use all my sons this was hands down the worst experience. I should have got a uhaul and did it myself. The mover charged me extra after i already paid the bill. One of the movers James made passed at my wife in my house and called her phone from the zelle we sent. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY! They more than DOUBLED what they quoted me they quoted me $300. I had less than a 1 bedroom apartment worth of stuff. EVERYTHING was boxed up. I was moving 15 minutes away. it took an hour from them arriving, to load the truck, to drive to my new house, and unload; ONE HOUR. guess what? the quote they gave me? For a local move (Atlanta area) with most of my things having already been moved to the new house by friends, I called the company to see what the cost would be to move the rest of the heavy pieces. When I described what was left, I was told, "that will take very little time, only the minimum 3 hours that is required." I was given a quote, then told "it could be within a hundred dollars or so more, but nothing major". Do not use this moving company. After multiple confirmations about my move, they canceled my appointment because I was unavailable to take a phone call. A call was made they were in route at 8:39 am, by 8:45 am when I returned the missed call, my appointment was closed and canceled. Obviously they had no intention of moving my things because they said ' you live in Gainsville, and we have other things to do.' How is that possible when I had two trucks and four men reserved for day???

SCAM they will quote you over the phone a certain price then tell you when they have alol you stuff if the can that the price is TRIPLE. All the workers had horrible attitudes through our stuff around dropped and broke a mirror. DO NOT give them your money

If I could leave a -6999 I would do so, and it has nothing to do with the workers as they were great, I do mean great but let me say that when it was time for payment there was an additional $123.00 that I was not aware of for packaging materials however I had read in the contract that I would be provided with a pricelist prior to, and there was not one so therefore I figured like anyone else would that everything that was being used would be included.
