criminals! they changed the agreed hourly rate the morning of the job so that what I had in my confirmation email was different than what they were trying to charge me. then when they had me backed into a corner with my things in the truck, they added travel fees that were not previously agreed upon and threatened to sue me if I didn't pay them an exorbitant fee that was more than double what was discussed days before! they are a dishonest company. stay far away!!!

This was the worst moving experience we have ever had. We moved 8 items less than 30 miles with an original quote of around 650 (they never send any evidence of the initial quote) that ended up costing 954. We moved 8 items: 3 wood bar stools, one metal collapsable stool ( I told them not to worry about that one, and they still spent time wrapping it up?), a leather recliner, a wooden horse, a globe, and a blackjack table. It took them over 2 hours to wrap up and load these items onto their truck, which is utterly ridiculous... read more

Corey and team are awful. Told them we might have a date change and they went ahead and cancelled our move. When I called about it they hung up on me repeatedly and kept our deposit. Don't use all my sons unless you want to get screwed.

I feel they over charge me , they repack my items , many items were broken, I had old special images that were damaged, they took legs off coach missing 2, I could had the homeless people do a better Job

Horrible company. Total ripoff with hidden charges. The movers were fine. But the company charges you for "drive time" from their office to your home, so that adds an hour to your charge for the full crew, so if you have a crew of 3 it adds $190 for them to drive to your home before any move has started. This was never explained to us. Then, we were charged nearly $100 for "moving supplies" which consisted of a little shrink wrap and a mattress bag. That's it. $100 for that! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are FRAUDULENT in their practices and the manager was disrespectful and rude. They upsold me on 3 people, but one person was just standing around not doing anything. The. They charged me $300 for supplies when they DID NOT have to box or hardly tape anything. I did not even move an entire house, but only two large items. No surprise by the ratings (which I did not review) this was the most HORRIFIC experience I've ever had with a company. I had a couch and bed moved by "2 men". One man sat in the truck the whole time and had ME HELP them wrap and move. They managed to take 5 HOURS to move 2 items because they are hourly. When I called to get a refund from the deposit put down, they said it was included which would make this move over $1K for two items. The staff was also extremely unprofessional taking photos of my new place/asking for food.

BEWARE!! REALLY NEED TO LOOK UP THE LAWSUITS AMS IS INVOLVED IN!!! Horrible, traumatizing experience with a move in Decatur, GA on 6/29/2024. I was told I would be charged 219/hour, and given the little items and furniture I had, it would take about 3 hours (including the 3 movers' commute). The total quote I was given was around 600+ USD. Very slow . Lazy workers . They had my wife carrying boxes in the house while they laughed and played on the truck. I wouldn't recommend for women who are looking for movers.
