I call over a month before my move. I got great service and a fair price. I tell them I have dead time between my closing. I was told no worries we got you. Now 5 days before my move, I found out the dead time is going to cost me about an extra 1000 dollars. That is something I am worried about. I don't have an extra 1000 dollars. I am so upset they did not tell me this. Now with 5 days till move... I am calling around trying to find a moving company. Terrible, Terrible, This company hasTRULY HIDDEN COST

First ask yourself, If they disrespect the lives of drivers on the road, why would they respect your stuff... 09.25.2024 1:30 pm while driving on Dallas/Acworth RD going towards Dallas near Hwy 41... The driver of their truck tried to force me into on going traffic with no regards to my well being and others around... I am so glad my Attorney convinced me to put a camera on my car...

A nightmare. First thing I asked was about moving a 46" lawn tractor. Come time to load, they said they couldn't take it. Had to fight with them over that. They demand a "deposit" when scheduling, then load the truck and demand more money, then at the end want to give you a bill that doesn't account for any of what you already paid. They stole my Wallet off my foyer table (I have it on video, and have the fraudulent charges from my bank). They charged substantially more than they quoted, after arriving 2 hours later than their delivery window indicated. They broke several items and then laughed about it (I also have that on video).

criminals! they changed the agreed hourly rate the morning of the job so that what I had in my confirmation email was different than what they were trying to charge me. then when they had me backed into a corner with my things in the truck, they added travel fees that were not previously agreed upon and threatened to sue me if I didn't pay them an exorbitant fee that was more than double what was discussed days before! they are a dishonest company. stay far away!!!

This was the worst moving experience we have ever had. We moved 8 items less than 30 miles with an original quote of around 650 (they never send any evidence of the initial quote) that ended up costing 954. We moved 8 items: 3 wood bar stools, one metal collapsable stool ( I told them not to worry about that one, and they still spent time wrapping it up?), a leather recliner, a wooden horse, a globe, and a blackjack table. Corey and team are awful. Told them we might have a date change and they went ahead and cancelled our move. When I called about it they hung up on me repeatedly and kept our deposit. Don't use all my sons unless you want to get screwed.

I feel they over charge me , they repack my items , many items were broken, I had old special images that were damaged, they took legs off coach missing 2, I could had the homeless people do a better Job

Horrible company. Total ripoff with hidden charges. The movers were fine. But the company charges you for "drive time" from their office to your home, so that adds an hour to your charge for the full crew, so if you have a crew of 3 it adds $190 for them to drive to your home before any move has started. This was never explained to us. Then, we were charged nearly $100 for "moving supplies" which consisted of a little shrink wrap and a mattress bag. That's it. $100 for that!
