Worse moving experience ever with a truly unacceptable level of professionalism and consideration from any company we've ever hired. My wife and mother met the movers at the apartment because I was back in our new home working on landscaping. Once the two staff members arrived my wife notified them of the items that would need to be moved. The lead guy was good but, the other did not wanna work ,my dishes got broken some of them and wine glasses as well. Plus charge me $800 dollars to move apartment furniture to another apartment. Very disappointed.

The worst experience. Damaged washer, damaged floors in both homes, damaged walls in both homes, and broken bed. The group they sent couldn't lift heavy items and the lead of the group that day told me they weren't capable. He also told me what a terrible company they are because they expect them to do the things they aren't able to. He also told me they didn't send the right truck for the size of our home. Scam They gave me an estimate of low 400s to move a specific list of furniture numbering 6 items and 5 boxes. Then they brought a 26 ft truck for my tiny move. Mover made me sign docs on his broken screen phone which he kept sliding his thumb over to cover text. (They later emailed and they are unreadable.) We made it to my new apartment within time in the estimate. Then with my furniture on the truck demanded almost $700 to offload. Almost $300 difference. This company is terrible they scratched and chipped some furniture and scratched a wall. They unwrapped the plastic that was on the upstairs furniture but did not unwrap the lower level furniture. They refused to come out and finish the job unless I paid them more money. Everyone I spoke with was rude. BEWARE!

OVER ONE YEAR AFTER my move when thousands of dollars of damages were incurred, I get a reply from someone who identified themselves as the business manager. I was given an email address & a phone number, and was told that they would look into the damages. Since they specifically said previously that they had to have proof of the damages such as pictures I am doubtful. DO NOT USE All my sons. I asked for 3 movers and 2 of them were on the phone the entire time, and I was charged for way more time than it should have taken. And then the movers force you to leave a good review on google at the end. When you try to call customer service they will transfer you over and over again because no one wants to help you. They are an awful company and do not care about their customers.

crooked company. i originally utilized 2 men in a truck the first move which took around 2 1/2 hours of a move and then me and the family had to move again and this time used All my sons moving company which was a disaster. Like others have mentioned I caught one guy on his phone on FaceTime with somebody with him just standing around. I don't speak fluent Spanish so I'm not sure what all was being said. Poor service broke several items including my husbands fish tank, my entertainment center contacted the office spoke with a manager the was an empty apology and no follow up they were slow 3 guys came only 2 worked. I despise poor service. I do not recommend ever!!!!!
