Let me start by saying I am livid with my experience with all my side moving company first off I was told it that my arrival time will be between 8 and 10 AM. However, at 10:15 i called the company to figure out what the timeframe would be the representative told me that my movies to be there and in 10 minutes. I GOT ROBBED TODAY! $800 for a 2 hour move 15 min away. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. We were in a desperate situation and def got taken advantage of! NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I’m getting a lawyer…. Not bc of the cost, bc it’s nothing. But bc of their crooked business practices! I paid for 2 hours… it took all of 45 min to load the truck. The movers damaged so much of our very lightly used furniture, tvs, and caused damage to the home we moved out of as well as the brand new construction home we moved into. They did not properly wrap any of our furniture and got mud and dirt all over the fabric beds, cribs, and rocking chairs. They tracked that mud into the new house carpet, made a one foot long deep scratch in the new hardwoods, dents in the drywall, and ripped apart a door frame. Terrible experience. The company lied, misled, and damaged everything they moved for us. The caused me more than $25,000 in property damage and offered me $1038. For my trouble. Buyer Beware!!!!
They damaged everything they touched and should not be in business. The damages totaled over $20,000 because items are broken beyond repair and the claim amount offered was $1,200. I can’t replace my coffee table for $1,200; not to mention the China cabinet’s two broken glass shelves or chipped buffer. Get this.. they broke a leg of the China cabinet and places it in the drawer. Hardwood floors damaged, Sheetrock had holes in it and the list of damages goes on.. Tony and Donny are the most unprofessional duo I think I’ve ever dealt with. I would advise anyone in need of a move to look elsewhere.
I hired this company to move my belongings. The workers that the company hired stole some of my property and the limited there liability even though the worker admitted the items were stolen. This company does not stand behind anything that happens to your property don’t use them
Broken custom bed, broken water main, charged for supplies we didn’t use that they left at the house we moved from, and messed up our landscaping....$3800 bill too Manager said I’d have to contact corporate for any sort of refund for all the issues. They wouldn’t unload the truck unless we paid the un-adjusted bill now. So frustrating! I do NOT recommend “All my sons” moving! What a nightmare!! 🤦🏼♀️
