DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are FRAUDULENT in their practices and the manager was disrespectful and rude. They upsold me on 3 people, but one person was just standing around not doing anything. The. They charged me $300 for supplies when they DID NOT have to box or hardly tape anything. I did not even move an entire house, but only two large items. The total love was $1000 more than they sold me on, with hidden transportation and supply charges. They are FRAUDULENT in their practices and I will be reporting them to th... read more

No surprise by the ratings (which I did not review) this was the most HORRIFIC experience I've ever had with a company. I had a couch and bed moved by "2 men". One man sat in the truck the whole time and had ME HELP them wrap and move. They managed to take 5 HOURS to move 2 items because they are hourly. When I called to get a refund from the deposit put down, they said it was included which would make this move over $1K for two items. The staff was also extremely unprofessional taking photos of my new place/asking for food.

BEWARE!! REALLY NEED TO LOOK UP THE LAWSUITS AMS IS INVOLVED IN!!! Horrible, traumatizing experience with a move in Decatur, GA on 6/29/2024. I was told I would be charged 219/hour, and given the little items and furniture I had, it would take about 3 hours (including the 3 movers' commute). The total quote I was given was around 600+ USD. Very slow . Lazy workers . They had my wife carrying boxes in the house while they laughed and played on the truck. I wouldn't recommend for women who are looking for movers.

Worse moving experience ever with a truly unacceptable level of professionalism and consideration from any company we've ever hired. My wife and mother met the movers at the apartment because I was back in our new home working on landscaping. Once the two staff members arrived my wife notified them of the items that would need to be moved. We had a couple of other items that were going to be trashed and we asked if they could take those items down to the dumpster for disposal. The lead guy was good but, the other did not wanna work ,my dishes got broken some of them and wine glasses as well. Plus charge me $800 dollars to move apartment furniture to another apartment. Very disappointed.

The worst experience. Damaged washer, damaged floors in both homes, damaged walls in both homes, and broken bed. The group they sent couldn't lift heavy items and the lead of the group that day told me they weren't capable. He also told me what a terrible company they are because they expect them to do the things they aren't able to. He also told me they didn't send the right truck for the size of our home. Scam They gave me an estimate of low 400s to move a specific list of furniture numbering 6 items and 5 boxes. Then they brought a 26 ft truck for my tiny move. Mover made me sign docs on his broken screen phone which he kept sliding his thumb over to cover text. (They later emailed and they are unreadable.) We made it to my new apartment within time in the estimate. Then with my furniture on the truck demanded almost $700 to offload. Almost $300 difference. This company is terrible they scratched and chipped some furniture and scratched a wall. They unwrapped the plastic that was on the upstairs furniture but did not unwrap the lower level furniture. They refused to come out and finish the job unless I paid them more money. Everyone I spoke with was rude. BEWARE!
