I will never again use all my sons this was hands down the worst experience. I should have got a uhaul and did it myself. The mover charged me extra after i already paid the bill. One of the movers James made passed at my wife in my house and called her phone from the zelle we sent. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY! They more than DOUBLED what they quoted me they quoted me $300. I had less than a 1 bedroom apartment worth of stuff. EVERYTHING was boxed up. I was moving 15 minutes away. it took an hour from them arriving, to load the truck, to drive to my new house, and unload; ONE HOUR. guess what? the quote they gave me? For a local move (Atlanta area) with most of my things having already been moved to the new house by friends, I called the company to see what the cost would be to move the rest of the heavy pieces. When I described what was left, I was told, "that will take very little time, only the minimum 3 hours that is required." I was given a quote, then told "it could be within a hundred dollars or so more, but nothing major". Do not use this moving company. After multiple confirmations about my move, they canceled my appointment because I was unavailable to take a phone call. A call was made they were in route at 8:39 am, by 8:45 am when I returned the missed call, my appointment was closed and canceled. Obviously they had no intention of moving my things because they said ' you live in Gainsville, and we have other things to do.' How is that possible when I had two trucks and four men reserved for day???
SCAM they will quote you over the phone a certain price then tell you when they have alol you stuff if the can that the price is TRIPLE. All the workers had horrible attitudes through our stuff around dropped and broke a mirror. DO NOT give them your money
If I could leave a -6999 I would do so, and it has nothing to do with the workers as they were great, I do mean great but let me say that when it was time for payment there was an additional $123.00 that I was not aware of for packaging materials however I had read in the contract that I would be provided with a pricelist prior to, and there was not one so therefore I figured like anyone else would that everything that was being used would be included. do not help at all and they have bad attitude and I keep you on hold for a long time and they never come back to you and when you don't get straight answer
This company seemed very promising in the beginning, as they were very accommodating of changing my move date when I had to deal with being in a wreck the day before my scheduled move date. However, after the gentlemen began moving my stuff, (there really should have been 3 men instead of 2, I'm sure this is done intentionally to slow down move time which in turn extracts more money from you) I feel like they were moving slower than they should have and one of the movers actually spent almost 20 minutes in the bathroom durin... read more
e: SCAMMED Out of $854 - DO NOT Use All My Sons Moving All My Sons Moving is a complete scam. I was quoted one price, then hit with $854 in hidden fees after they had all my belongings loaded into their truck. At that point, I had no choice--they refused to unload anything unless I paid the full inflated amount. That's not a service, that's extortion.
