OVER ONE YEAR AFTER my move when thousands of dollars of damages were incurred, I get a reply from someone who identified themselves as the business manager. I was given an email address & a phone number, and was told that they would look into the damages. Since they specifically said previously that they had to have proof of the damages such as pictures I am doubtful. DO NOT USE All my sons. I asked for 3 movers and 2 of them were on the phone the entire time, and I was charged for way more time than it should have taken. And then the movers force you to leave a good review on google at the end. When you try to call customer service they will transfer you over and over again because no one wants to help you. They are an awful company and do not care about their customers.

crooked company. i originally utilized 2 men in a truck the first move which took around 2 1/2 hours of a move and then me and the family had to move again and this time used All my sons moving company which was a disaster. Like others have mentioned I caught one guy on his phone on FaceTime with somebody with him just standing around. I don't speak fluent Spanish so I'm not sure what all was being said. Poor service broke several items including my husbands fish tank, my entertainment center contacted the office spoke with a manager the was an empty apology and no follow up they were slow 3 guys came only 2 worked. I despise poor service. I do not recommend ever!!!!!

DO NOT....ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN! They have inexperienced movers that don't take care of your belongings. They worked extremely slow, and only 1 of the 3 people worked. They were unable to get all my furniture because it was "too heavy." They weren't accommodating. They threw my belongings all over the place. A 4th mover had to be called to unload my items via Uber. They finished once the office was closed leaving the 4th mover with no way to get home. The move was so unprofessional and overly priced. Do not use this company... read more

That's the lowest you can rate. They are FAR BELOW 1. Damaged furniture, broken legs, bent refrigerator door hinge, snapped off legs, scrapped wood floors. Couple hours turned into 3 days and storage. Slow, unprofessional movers. Max repayment $350. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

These people scam and I advise if you are thinking about booking with them DON'T. I'm so glad they didn't come when they were scheduled cause what I'm reading is disgusting and I wish 0 stars could be given. I tried to use this company but an emergency came up and they would not give me my deposit back. I disputed it with my bank though and got it right back. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT USE THEM.

The price was fine and they moved efficiently. I had several small things broken (dresser that I could repair, picture frames). When I confronted them about it, they told me it had never happened before and it wasn't their fault because they wrapped everything.

My family and I scheduled the movers All My Sons and they said to us that they could come on they day we need them for. And then they said to us that all my sons movers that we would be the first on their list for the next day and they show up late. All my sons mover said that the price quoted us was $525 and then when they came they wanted to charge us a different price $1000 and we did not use then all. They did not take the second phone number down right. And I had to call them two different times to ask them for our depo... read more
