DO NOT....ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN! They have inexperienced movers that don't take care of your belongings. They worked extremely slow, and only 1 of the 3 people worked. They were unable to get all my furniture because it was "too heavy." They weren't accommodating. They threw my belongings all over the place. A 4th mover had to be called to unload my items via Uber. That's the lowest you can rate. They are FAR BELOW 1. Damaged furniture, broken legs, bent refrigerator door hinge, snapped off legs, scrapped wood floors. Couple hours turned into 3 days and storage. Slow, unprofessional movers. Max repayment $350. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

These people scam and I advise if you are thinking about booking with them DON'T. I'm so glad they didn't come when they were scheduled cause what I'm reading is disgusting and I wish 0 stars could be given. I tried to use this company but an emergency came up and they would not give me my deposit back. I disputed it with my bank though and got it right back. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT USE THEM.

The price was fine and they moved efficiently. I had several small things broken (dresser that I could repair, picture frames). When I confronted them about it, they told me it had never happened before and it wasn't their fault because they wrapped everything.

My family and I scheduled the movers All My Sons and they said to us that they could come on they day we need them for. And then they said to us that all my sons movers that we would be the first on their list for the next day and they show up late. All my sons mover said that the price quoted us was $525 and then when they came they wanted to charge us a different price $1000 and we did not use then all. We had a scheduled move and All My Sons got date wrong. Never sent email confirming dates but took deposit immediately. Talked to Josh and Brian, both were told our closing date but bcuz they wanted the sale gor dates wrong but charged my credit card for deposit. Had to scramble to find a mover. ELITE Movers saved the day and accommodated our needs for less the price per hour.

I used this company in April of 2024. They moved a sofa, love seat, 65 inch tv stand and tv, a queen size bed, dresser and mirror, and a night stand. I moved from the Southsidw of Savannah Ga to Richmond Hill and was charged 720.00. The guys took 3 hours and 45 minutes to move me. On my 55inch tv he put in my car the leg was broken and they lost the screws to the legs on my couch. Needless to say they punctured the back of my couch. I will never use them. Raised price by 25% at last minute. Damaged 115 year old piano. Promised 4 men, sent me 1 man and 3 boys. They argued about who's in charge. Got to be uncomfortable. Said they would send the men out with a piano bag and all. The retools required to assemble and disassemble, they had no tools. And they had to use some of mine which are now broken along with a 1/2 dozen fasteners, and my pedals to this piano are still laying on the floor disassembled. I spoke with Jocelyn to book my move on 4/22/24. After speaking with her manager - she was able to give me a rate of $189/Hr and noted a morning time slot would be preferred. I paid the $100 deposit at that time. I also gave her the complete inventory and details of the move at that time.
