I wish I could give 0 stars. We had to be out of our tiny 2 bedroom apartment by 12pm, so we scheduled movers for 8am. They didn't show until 1pm. We were being charged $100 for every hour we stayed in our old apartment past 12pm. Apparently, they mixed up scheduling. And they didn't finish until 5pm!!! They were so slow, sometimes disappearing for 20-30 minutes then coming back upstairs with only one guy at a time. Wish I would have read these reviews before confirming my move with AMS. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment, everything pre packed and on the first floor outside the Austin area. Literally took 1 hour and 15 minutes (less really because that included all drive time) and they charged me just under 500 DOLLARS. Also, they brought a "friend" so it would go quicker and asked if I would pay him some cash?? Also, they asked point blank when they could get their cash tips. BEWARE !!! We moved 6 pieces a washer and dryer two couches a chair and a table exactly 6.5 Miles , they charged me 750 dollars we were told 144 an hour and 5 dollar fuel charge , when move was completed they hit me with a hour drive time " never discussed " and get this 180 fuel charge for 6.5 miles and 150 dollar drive time on top of the three hours they charged me to move 6 pieces , we were told time starts when they arrive and that's it , we asked are there any hidden fees " nope " that's it she said , ...I have contest... read more

Do NOT use!! $600 for literally 1 hour! I made sure that they were aware that I only needed help for 1 hour and there were only a few pieces of furniture that needed moving. When they came out, I was then informed that they have a 3 hour minimum. I tried to cancel and they would not return my deposit. The 3 men that came out to do the actual moving were extremely polite and apologetic. However the manager was rude and abusive.

Wish I had seen all these negative Yelp reviews before we used them, the review on google are good so booked them but absolutely would not recommend or use again. It's overpriced compared to other moving services in Austin. They also damaged some items which requires a claim through their corporate office which is a pain! The crew stacked boxes haphazardly in random rooms of the house while unloading even though we had labeled the boxes and specified which room was which.

I asked the driver to politely move their truck in front of my home (since they were moving the neighbor next door) and they refused and were rude to me. I told them that I myself are moving and have several people and a large truck coming today and they didn't care. I then called the corporate office letting them know and they said they would take care of it. I wish I could give 0 starts! DO NOT USE! $1300!!!!!!!!!! We have an 3 bedroom apartment and moved to the same building literally all that was done was moving to a few apartment numbers over. Quoted $150 4-5 hours later now demands $1300

The paperwork is extremely rushed, and they vaguely go over expenses with you refusing to give a time estimate. They also seem to overbook then call the morning of your move claiming they can no longer fit you in. Then they are really quick to leave and take a "happy customer" photo even though you havent gotten the chance to evaluate any of your boxes or items. I am writing this on Yelp because there is not contact email for All My Sons moving on their website. Last night at 9:30 on Highway 290 westbound at Fitzhugh Rd towards Dripping Springs, All My Sons truck #3637 ( a 24 + ft vehicle) ran the red light. His whole truck was in the intersection. Luckily, I saw him coming and did not enter when the light turned green. I proceeded around him to westbound 290 towards Oakhill.
