RIP OFF!!! Hired 3 guys to move our 2 bedroom apartment to our new house. One guy had back pain and was extremely slow; another guy basically didn't work at all... was chatting on his phone with friends and just generally wandering around doing nothing. Only 1 of the 3 guys was trying to be efficient. I've recently moved the exact same amount of items (apartment was temporary) and it took 2.5 to 3 hours to load the truck. Completely NO CALLED AND NO SHOWED on me today. I scheduled this move over a week ago, confirmed everything 2 days before the moving date. Tried to contact them 10 times today, with no answer at all.

I was concerned that I did not receive a confirmation call/text and began calling first thing on morning of our move. I was told I was on the schedule but not confirmed because I did not answer my phone or respond to voicemails left. I do not have missed calls or voicemails from All My Sons. The assistant manager continued to insist that because I "did not answer" it was my fault they could not confirm. He told me it would be sometime that day, though. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest about pricing from the beginning and then were sketchy when they called to confirm my move time (we discussed an early move time and they tried to push me into the afternoon), then about 45 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive at my residence the operations manager called and CANCELED. Terrible experience. They were very nice on the phone and sounded like they would fullfill my needs, but their moving service is horrible. They sent a letter about all the COVID-19 protocols they followed and NOT ONE PERSON ON THE CREW FOLLOWED THE PROTOCOL. They were over two hours late and didn't call on moving day. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only do they overcharge for their services, they took payment for my reservation, sent confirmation of the appointment, and waited a full day to notify me (via text!) that they were booked and had no availability for THREE WEEKS AFTER the move date. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY!!!

Since long reviews don't get read, I will write a short summary, followed by a longer summary. Fair warning: avoid All My Son's Moving company. They are not just a bad moving company, but a bad company all around. I am not even an ounce satisfied with anyone I dealt with at that company (from the actual moving crew through all the "customer service" reps when difficulties were encountered). Absolutely awful!! I was promised 3 movers but one left and only two stayed to move. They damaged the wall in my old apartment which I now have to pay to have fixed and they offered no compensation for. They get laid by the hour so they take their sweet time. Then they broke my brand new TV it's less than a year old 2020 version. After bringing in the broken TV he demanded payment when I was told when signing the contract that half of my items would be brought in and high value items will be held until payment. Don't use these guys. When I called about booking them I was told that they were bonded and insured. They are not! Their trucks are insured not your belongings. They caused more damage to my belongings than the move cost. They value your belongings by weight at .60c a lb. Most flat screen tvs are 15-30lbs, that equals $12-$18 to them. If they break it, that's what you get. I told them how to secure me tool box on the truck which if they had done it, it wouldn't have smashed through other items.
