DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them for a move 2 years ago and they were very good, so I hired them again for a recent move. Big mistake. --Sloppy and careless packing--clothes not properly packed in wardrobe box, just crammed into a box; hats crushed. --Left a number of items behind in place we were moving from that I had to move myself. --DIdnt follow directions well--they moved items I told them not to move and failed to move items that I asked them to move. --They damaged an antique dresser and then lied about dama... read more

We were charged 2k for a local move of furniture only. During the move I contacted the operations manager to express concern over the damages and the lost bed hardware that I was sent to go look for at the other house 35 minutes away while the clock was ticking. He told me they would settle up with us at the end of the move to help out with the lost time, but the only thing I got was a request for a tip. They damaged my home and left it in this state and still requested a tip. I will hopefully here from their representatives... read more

These guys are the worst. Slow Slow Slow. I did more of the work myself than the two men I hired to move my 800 sq ft apartment. The lead man, had no idea how to use a tape gun or shrink wrap. I moved and staged the entire apartment at the elevators for the "mover". I asked one guy if they received any type of training? His Response, NO NOT AT ALL. The manager is a total hot head and completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Beware of this company. They did not know how to move at all. They did not use any kind of teamwork or moving techniques. They used a dolly for every single piece of furniture and tried to move it individually without teamwork. They damaged Thousands of dollars worth of furniture. When I filed the claim, they offered me $150 dollars. Due to the fact they didn't know what they were doing, they took 3 hours too long due to inefficiency, and so 3 hours turned into 6 and I was grossly overcharged. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Looking back, no wonder they were so kind to me. They still wanted to get more money out of me for the second move from the storage facility to our new house. I should have taken that into consideration. Everything that I experienced the first time using this company didn't happen or come close to the second time using All My Sons. UPDATE on March 14th: I have filled and submitted all the claim documentation. I also sent several emails requesting an update, but my requests have been ignored. Customer service was not grea, actually is really bad. I also emailed the owners but again, no response. I will continue providing updates. Regarding moving, All My Sons nothing good came from the company despite the damage, missing boxes, and response.

The lady (Amy) that came out to do our estimate was excellent. However, that is where it ended. She stated they would be sending out the best guys they had because they charge by the hour. Well, if that were the best, I would hate to see what their worst is. First of all, moving is stressful enough, but to feel like you are being an inconvenience to someone you are paying to move you makes it worse. My level of anger and aggravation are high, but I am going to keep this constructive: - They were the most expensive quote of the six I gathered but based on availability I had to book with them - The time estimate provided after a walkthrough was 2-3 hours; it ended up being 6. An "estimate" being off by 2x or 3x really isn't an estimate at all. - They peer pressure you into tipping; that's awkward. - After they left we found a TON of furniture damage, mostly on new items. This company moved us from Aledo to Cottonwood Shores. The estimate was a fair price but the service was very poor. First call was from the company saying they could not locate us. They showed up with 3 movers instead of 4. The moving van was too tall to get in the front gate, I had to get my tractor out and spend 2 hrs cutting down the roadbed in order to get the truck on my property.
