The experience with this company today completely unacceptable. My mother moved into a new apt today and set an appointment to have her pod unloaded. The work was completed without damage to her belongings, but the experience was terrible. The staff overloaded the facility elevator which then stopped working. Aaron in particular was vulgar/ disrespectful yelling and using profanities arguing with my mother re using stairs.
