Absolutely the worst customer service! I schedule a move and received a call the morning of my appointment (last day in my apartment) and was told by the driver that the operator over booked him and he could not do my move. The driver was very apologetic but when I called the main line to get my $250 deposit back I did not receive ONE apology. I asked what they could do and they said NOTHING. Scheduled my move in Austin 2 weeks in advance, paid 10% of estimated total down upon signing agreement with the sales guy Bryan Matteo. Day of move out (last day in apartment lease and flying out of town the next day.........no truck and no movers arrived. Called up Bryan, he has to call me back. He calls back and he "claims" there must have been a software glitch (yet all his crews and trucks were booked...... so I was this only anomaly? nope). The moving experience we had with "All My Sons Moving" has not been a good. A list of the issues are below. I would highly suggest using someone else. We would never recommend using this company. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Literally witnessed a large mirror roll down the middle of the street and before anything else was said (including sorry) I was told that the even though the mirror was large, it was so light that even if I filed a claim it would only be cents on the dollar because it's done by weight. Broken furniture. Damaged light fixtures. Left without assembling my twin girls changing table. Ill be brief. Had All my sons move my stuff out of my house into storage and they damaged the floors and walls when moving stuff out and damaged my furniture once they moved it into storage. Then they ask for a tip. hahaha. Stay away from these guys
This is my brief, but memorable experience with All My Sons. I was contacted by a dispatch agent a few minutes after I entered my contact information on a moving site. I was asked to provide information about how many rooms I would be moving. I explained that my mother died, and I am not moving the entire house, just some of the contents. All my son moved my 3 bedroom home furnishings to storage and then 4 months later to my new home. Not only were furnishings damaged, but they lost things too. Then their men asked me for a tip which I gave them and it wasn't until the next day that I saw the extent of the damaged items, but also missing items, for example, a side part to my elderly mothers oxygen machine is missing, the front panel to my vacuum cleaner is missing, the ironing board is gone, the lint hose to my dryer was gone, my entertainment center and st... read more

My mom used them to move from her 2/2 apartment to another 2/2 down the road. The representative on the phone instructed her to pack things in the dressers and they would be moved in one piece. Come moving day, they show up in a non-branded truck. (Not a huge deal but you would think a moving company would use their own truck) They then proceed to make her unpack all the dressers (while they are on the clock) Lastly, (this is what really pissed me off) they leave the TVs in the truck and tell her "We are instructed to take... read more
