If I could give 0 stars.....I implore anyone reading this to FIND ANOTHER PLACE I'd expressed we were high risk and that we wanted movers to wear masks, they did not. They showed up with any, and even in the walk through had nothing on. They left damages on our old property that were inexcusable. It's clear they wanted to get things done quickly and a piece of furniture didn't fit so they just pushed and pushed. They ripped off a large portion of the corner wall down to the drywall. Avoid this company at all cost, they will treat you like dirt and they only care about getting their money. I used this company last month and I'm still working on a claim as they caused 15K worth of damage to my furniture due to a hole in their truck. Have you ever felt like you have been taken advantage of? Do you think a small move of 2 rooms (Bed, Wardrobe, Desk, Couch, a TV Table (no TV) and maybe 20 packed boxes) and a move that is only a couple of towns and just 8 miles away, could cost you over $950 and take 5 hours? I contacted this company to move my disabled brother. He was moving from one unit to another in the same complex, and included 15 boxes, kitchen table, bed, bureau, sofa, and TV, and stand. I was quoted 2 hours (minimum), and 1 hour travel, and I provided a $100.00 deposit. Do NOT hire this company. They only reason they even got 1 star is because none was not an option. My family and I had a big move and we hired All My Sons to help with the move and reduce the amount of stress we were dealing with. This proved to be a terrible decision as they were unprofessional, did not follow through with what they were supposed to do and charged me 30% more than the quoted price. BUYER BEWARE. BOOK SOMEONE ELSE. We would give negative stars if that were an option. Moving is stressful enough without incompetent movers. We booked about three weeks in advance for an Oct. 3 move. Called on Oct. 1st to get time estimate, as we had received no communication. This was a terrible experience! No masks we worn. They had the incorrect phone number. They over charged me. Told me I payed the bill so I excepted the contract. I was not going to disagree with a driver that had no mast. I have tried to dispute this with the company 3 times and have been disregarded. If I could leave 0 stars I would. To start I was told by Adam that there was a 2 hour charge at $159/ hr. I never received an invoice, I was told they would show up at noon a week before the schedules move. Then the day before I was told they would be coming at 9 am. The day of the move I was woken up at 7:10 in the morning and told they were 20 minutes away. The move lasted an hour because I was only moving things around in my house. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! First, they show up with a truck that is too small. They could not finish the job! They packed the truck so bad most of my furniture was ruined. 3 guys showed up and they had no idea what they were doing! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!! They offered me $300.00 on thousands of dollars worth of damaged!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
