If I could give them a negative star I would. The company committed to moving me today. Today after running late they called me and said they can't come. No apologies, no trying to find a way to make sure I got moved. As we all know, this is a devastating situation. DON"T USE THEM EVER! Sean in the Boston office refused to give me his last name or the name and number of his supervisor. I called the national number and no one helped.

They will lie to you. I called and spoke with Shawn. I mentioned that I lived in a 4th floor walk-up and I needed over night storage. I was told by Shawn that they could hold all of my things over night for $250 and that it was ok that I lived on the forth floor. I was sent an email that outlined my move. None of the things we talked about over the phone were included in the estimate. Is it possible to rate less than one star? After confirming with us earlier in the week, called morning of move to cancel. "Crew didn't show up." Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The movers themselves are great. The guys who came up to help me did a very good job, but had an issue with a large piece of furniture, which caused me to have to make alternate arrangements that added time and money to my move that I never planned for. My plans were thrown significantly off track, as my move with All My Sons had been arranged weeks in advance. Both Texas and Boston outfits were unhelpful & blamed each other so no one to date has been accountable. Had horrible packers with even less professionalism. For example put one pillow in a dish box and then put multiple dishes unwrapped with any sort of paper in with lamp (yes all broken). Refused to lock first truck prior to leaving until we threatened to call cops if they left our property without back of truck with our stuff locked. Terrible experience with 'All My Sons Moving & Storage'. I spent a great deal of time making phone calls and getting a move set up which was to take place just this past Saturday. When they called to confirm my appointment last week, they told me that they would not be able to get to my move until much later in the day ( which was scheduled as a 'first thing' in the morning on purpose). THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! I got a quote and put down a "fully refundable" deposit in March for a move in June. My plans completely changed mid-April. I called to cancel my future June move and requested a refund. 10 days later, they keep saying they will refund my money. But they keep giving me the run around saying they issued the refund but don't know what could have happened to it. They keep playing stupid and pretending they'll give me my money back. Was quoted $451 and charged $644. They first went to the wrong property then when moving the furniture out of the house one of the two men said he couldn't move anymore and we had to wait for a new guy to come. Also, when I spoke to the guy initially on the phone they asked if I needed packing materials but I said no because it was only 4 pieces of furniture but the charged me $109 to lightly wrap the pieces. What really bothered me was how rude the guy Mike was on the phone to me. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Bamboozled! My initial inquiry I was quoted one price, I said ok and gave them a deposit. A few days prior another gentleman called me saying I needed to pay for materials, drive time and anything over two hours. I said that wasn't what I was quoted he said that's what it is. They already had my deposit and they were only moving a bedroom set so I went with it. Moving day comes and two people show up at my daughters house wreaking of pot. They arrive at my house and my stuff smelled of pot. Just saying unprofessional..
