I scheduled a move months in advance and the night before my move I got a call that they were going to be late. I understand things happen so I was patient. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I called at noon for an uodate and got apologies. I called at 4 and more apologies. At 5 pm I call and they tell me I will not be moving today and they can't move me for 3 more days. Frustrated doesn't explain what I'm feeling. The only positive thing I can say is that everyone I spoke to was nice.

Really bad. Was charged twice what I was originally quoted, and with damage. I had boxes dropped, items damaged, plants smashed, and my paintings were stacked on top of each other on the sidewalk. Overall a very stressful and borderline traumatic experience! If this was the $450 they quoted me for, it would be one thing. but at almost $900, it's completely ridiculous. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The owner Zach is an absolute fraud and scammer. His phone representatives are poorly trained and sell you on a price via phone. Every time you contact the company they give you a different quote, lie about what's included, and no one knows what's going on. They are so pressed to take a $100 deposit but can't accurately give you a timeframe, when to expect a move, or inform paying customers what their moving schedule is. This moving experience was the worst moving experience I've ever had. First of all they charged my credit card $100 for a down payment. Then the day of the move, the movers came at 8:15, and left my storage facility at 9:45. That's an hour and a half according to my watch. Then my 55 inch Samsung TV fell and broke. The bill was $636.13. The only material that was used was wrap. I had my own mattress bags. But they charged me for them anyway. Worst move of our lives. It took twice as long and we were charged 3 times the quote we got to move our 650sf apartment 1.5 miles across town. The movers were completely unprofessional, disorganized, one never wore his mask, and about half of our furniture was damaged in some way including scratches and gouges over everything, and even puncturing our head board. I have never my life dealt with a worse customer service. The movers themselves were great. I was quoted a price for a three hour job and after 2 I'm sorry's we cant do it the job right now, 3days later it did take exactly 3 hours. They first told me a deposit of 100.00 was due at booking to which I thought i was paying over the phone but they charged 250.00. i found that out at time of completion. So I was moving again and decided to use a diffent crew then I had the last time. Went with all my sons and It was the biggest mistake of my life. I had a washer, dryer and buffet table to be moved 3 miles. I watched them take their sweet time and load the washer and dryer then I told them I was going to work and bring the items to my fiancé's when they finished. I rarely write reviews or complain, but All My Sons moving is probably the worst business I have ever received a service from. Please, do not use them! The movers were great!, but definitely exploited. I was moving literally down the street and a move that was quoted at $450 was $700. Also, the street was blocked by an electricity truck and was doing my best to have Eversource move it so the movers could come through and Hector is telling me "You're on the clock and getting paid for the movers just sitting in the truck". Absolutely horrible. "Mike" was super nice and friendly when I called for info and pricing on moving a small one bedroom apt about 5 miles. Gave me a complex pricing system that later turned out to have lots of hidden fees. I paid the $100 deposit. Mike told me they couldn't give me a moving time until the day before. I found out later from another moving company that this is bs. Another reviewer said they take last minute jobs and bump you if the $$$ is right.
