If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I hired them to move a 2 bedroom apartment 1 mile away and it took 8 hours. Both apartment complexes had elevators. The movers were inexperienced, which led to the move taking longer than expected. They scuffed and damaged the walls of the old and new apartment. They damaged my Cardi bedroom set by not wrapping my furniture, they damaged the light wall plate in my new apartment and dinged the walls of an apartment we had not lived in. First of all, the individual movers were unbelievable-they did an amazing job and they were all courteous and they worked HARD. However, the management of this company is a mess. I was trying to move my elderly mother into assisted living. Management sent the movers 4 hours after their estimated start time meaning we had to move into an assisted living facility at 10pm. This moving company is horrible. They left us high and dry on moving day. They called us a few hours BEFORE they were supposed to show up to let us know they suddenly didn't have the manpower to move us that day. We reserved them a month in advance. Find another moving company.

We scheduled a moving date and paid the $100 down payment, they were scheduled to come move us out at 12:00 on a Friday. At 12:40 we got a call from them saying that "The guys were out too late last night and didn't come in." We are currently trying to find another moving company on the day of our move.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is AWFUL, rude, and when they make an error, will not own up to it. I called and booked two movers at a two hour minimum of $139 to move a bathroom vanity from my 1st to 2nd floor. I was quoted $278 and paid a $100 deposit. To my surprise when the movers got to me at 3:30 in the afternoon (which was supposed to be a morning appt, as when I booked, I was asked if I would like morning or afternoon). NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They just left my fiancee and 6 month old baby standing in a house full of boxes and furniture on our moving day with 1 hour cancelation notice. We booked this move a month ago and there was plenty of notice but we were told they were under staffed. I've never heard of anything as unprofessional as that. If you can't provide your service which we paid for why are you even in buisness??? They promote themselves as a 5 star company and all they are is A 5 STAR JOKE!!! Do NOT hire these guys!! Id give ZERO stars if possible. They were supposed to be here to move me between 12-2 today. I literally. JUST git a call at 10am saying they arent coming...mind you I called this morning at 8am to confirm.

I wish there were a zero star option. On top of charging double the quoted price, our drivers stole any valuable in site. They also denied the claim for a refund despite the police being involved. This is a bottom of the barrel service and I am usually very forgiving. Never use them or you will regret it for more than one reason.
