This moving company is horrible. They left us high and dry on moving day. They called us a few hours BEFORE they were supposed to show up to let us know they suddenly didn't have the manpower to move us that day. We reserved them a month in advance. Find another moving company.
We scheduled a moving date and paid the $100 down payment, they were scheduled to come move us out at 12:00 on a Friday. At 12:40 we got a call from them saying that "The guys were out too late last night and didn't come in." We are currently trying to find another moving company on the day of our move.
If I could give negative stars I would. This company is AWFUL, rude, and when they make an error, will not own up to it. I called and booked two movers at a two hour minimum of $139 to move a bathroom vanity from my 1st to 2nd floor. I was quoted $278 and paid a $100 deposit. To my surprise when the movers got to me at 3:30 in the afternoon (which was supposed to be a morning appt, as when I booked, I was asked if I would like morning or afternoon). NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They just left my fiancee and 6 month old baby standing in a house full of boxes and furniture on our moving day with 1 hour cancelation notice. We booked this move a month ago and there was plenty of notice but we were told they were under staffed. I've never heard of anything as unprofessional as that. Do NOT hire these guys!! Id give ZERO stars if possible. They were supposed to be here to move me between 12-2 today. I literally. JUST git a call at 10am saying they arent coming...mind you I called this morning at 8am to confirm.
I wish there were a zero star option. On top of charging double the quoted price, our drivers stole any valuable in site. They also denied the claim for a refund despite the police being involved. This is a bottom of the barrel service and I am usually very forgiving. Never use them or you will regret it for more than one reason.
I scheduled a move months in advance and the night before my move I got a call that they were going to be late. I understand things happen so I was patient. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I called at noon for an uodate and got apologies. I called at 4 and more apologies. At 5 pm I call and they tell me I will not be moving today and they can't move me for 3 more days. Frustrated doesn't explain what I'm feeling. The only positive thing I can say is that everyone I spoke to was nice.
Really bad. Was charged twice what I was originally quoted, and with damage. I had boxes dropped, items damaged, plants smashed, and my paintings were stacked on top of each other on the sidewalk. Overall a very stressful and borderline traumatic experience! If this was the $450 they quoted me for, it would be one thing. but at almost $900, it's completely ridiculous. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The owner Zach is an absolute fraud and scammer. His phone representatives are poorly trained and sell you on a price via phone. Every time you contact the company they give you a different quote, lie about what's included, and no one knows what's going on. They are so pressed to take a $100 deposit but can't accurately give you a timeframe, when to expect a move, or inform paying customers what their moving schedule is.
