Do NOT hire! They absolutely trashed the hallway of the apartment we were moving out of. Didn't ever wear masks. They never delivered the antique mirror that went with my vanity, and then refused to bring it back to us, so we had to drive a half hour on the weekend to go pick it up from them ourselves. "Lost" a number of our furniture items and damaged many others. Will NEVER be using their "services" again. Absolute trash and unprofessional.

I would ONLY give a star because the crew did not damage any of my items. This ALL MY SONS was based out of Stoneham MASS. Since I apparently was their only job, they 'milked' it. A 3-4h job ended up taking 8hrs. I pretty much paid their wages for the day- on top of their site. Even speaking to 'Drew & the crew', they were 'taking their time' because it was their only move of the day, they were in no rush-(as one of the guys was visiting his family since they were close to my new location, so they figured, 'gonna take my t... read more

WARNING. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS. Absolute worst movers you could possibly hire. I read some bad reviews on here but gave them the benefit of the doubt. DONT be like me, please go ANYWHERE else. So they call me a few days prior to reschedule to Friday instead of Saturday because they were very busy, and I happily agreed if it was easier for them. I could take a day off work for the move. Walked out to my car and see their truck blocking me and a few other handicap residents in. Asked the driver to move his truck and he basically told me to go F myself, then called me a name pertaining to my weight. I'm sorry he didn't get enough hugs as a child but dont take it out on me. Anyone who can treat someone else like this is obviously a psychopath. I didnt catch his name but he was white w/ a long greasy ponytail, heavy New York accent. I scheduled with All my Sons a couple of weeks in advance for the afternoon of September 28th and even received a confirmation from them the Saturday before the move. On the day and time of the move (the 28th at 1:30 pm), I received a call from All My Sons letting me know their morning move was running behind and they would no longer be able to move me that afternoon and said they could reschedule for a WEEK later. I can't say I've ever had a worse experience with any vendor in my life!! I was told I'd have 3 movers and 2 showed. One of the 2 quit on the job and were screaming at each other in the common rooms for all my new neighbors to see and hear. At one point one of them tried to fight the other. When I talked to "customer service" they told me that they wouldn't reimburse me any of the initial amount even after a traumatizing experience. We booked a move months ahead due to a busy moving date. Were booked for the first move of the day on Sunday. Received a call on Saturday afternoon around 3pm saying they were cancelling the move. Did not offer any solution whatsoever. At that point there were naturally no companies who could accommodate us on Sunday, nor was there a UHaul this side of Worcester. Absolutely unacceptable.

Extremely dissatisfied with the move from All My Sons. I expected a professional moving company to successfully move me with no issues. There was a $100 fuel charge that was not disclosed prior, a broken drawer of a bureau, furniture left behind, and unnecessary furniture taken. The worst of it was that the railing of the back porch was ripped clean off the house by one of the professional movers tripping and falling into it. Do not hire this company!! We booked them a month ago and they canceled last minute and left us with no options. What kind of mover would do that? They are horrible.
