Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. Scheduled a move three weeks in advance only to get a call the day of telling me they weren't coming due to "time constraints and according to regulations".

Moved this past Saturday. I live on the 3rd floor and have a elevator. I had a bedroom set. Queen size bed and one dresser and 2 night stands. Small tv stand and a couch and tv. They wrapped up my stuff like wrapping a box with cheap dollar store wrapping paper. I asked to have my items wrapped better. Well I ended up shrink wrapping my own couch to get it covered up. Worst moving experience of my life. These guys totally screwed me. If i could give negative stars I would. They initially quoted me a competitive rate for a fairly busy moving weekend, so I booked them about a month prior to my move. A week before my move date they called to confirm and thats when they told me they were "unexpectedly" going to be using a bigger crew and I would have to pay an additional $70/hr to pay for the extra mover, that I didn't have a choice in, they couldn't honor the quoted price. If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I even start? First of all, do not use this company they are a bunch of crooks. They charge by the hour and intentionally take a long time to offload your stuff so you pay more money. I hired them to move my stuff and they were super nice in the beginning which made me confident they would do a good job. worst movers ever in my experience i am in my 60's. 3 men arrived 2pm visibly exhausted asked immediately to use bathroom, asked if iphone charger was available for them to use and said had not had lunch. had prearranged for packing of 55" apple tv, had no appropriate materials. I provided some bubble wrap and suggested they tape a moving blanket arround rest of tv. Avoid this company like the plague. I was really looking forward to using this company because of all the initial calls and your so called commitment to customer service, when in reality all you do is professionally waste time. On the morning of the move, one of the movers called to let me know they were on the way, great. This company insists that you pay them after all your stuff is packed in to their truck and before they'll unpack it at your new home, which means they are estimating how long it will take and you will likely overpay. At a rate of $150 an hour, this is risky. I overpaid by 45 minutes and they refused to pay me back. I am a lawyer and sent them a copy of the lawsuit I planned to file in small claims court before they finally repaid me. THIS "MOVER" IS A SCAM!!! You've been warned. I wish someone had warned me. I booked a move well in advance, confirming several times. I talked to them twice day of move to confirm. 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive they call me and say they aren't coming. I was speechless. I never imagined that was even a possibility. Unfortunately, we did not receive very good customer service from All My Sons Moving. The quote we received was grotesquely underestimated costing much more than we expected. In addition, the move took nearly twice as long as was estimated, having us finish at nearly midnight. The movers showed up to our home smelling like marijuana and at one point even smoked on our property. There were numerous pieces of furniture, walls and floors damaged as well.
