Worst moving company ever. They damaged so much of my stuff. I was way over charged and now they won't respond to my emails with concerns. Please save your money and your belongings. I intentionally booked 4 movers at the suggestion of Kirk who gave me the estimate. They sent 3 and never notified me. The movers started off great and then got obviously tired. I highly recommend that you do not use this moving company! We moved from Brooklyn to Stamford, CT in May 2018 and used All My Sons. They gave us the best bid and were helpful in our dealings with them leading up to move. The two men who moved us showed up at 11am instead of 9am hitting the drive to CT during rush hour and missing the 5pm deadline with our new buildings move in policy. I am only giving two stars because the actual movers that showed up for my job were professional and good workers. I would give zero stars to this company's sales staff. They are liars and fast talkers. I had a local move planned and was given a quote for load up drive to new location and unload on a third floor apartment. Then my circumstances changed and i needed just a labor only load up of my own rental truck. The cost for a four man crew for less than two hours of labor only was $787.00. MOVERS: Moving crew was very helpful and on time! They moved our belongings very quickly! We were the second move of the day. Some boxes and containers were damaged during transport, but overall they provided good customer service. Paid for crew lunch. COSTS: Extra fees tagged on to move, which wasn't discussed when starting the bid - during the first call or even the day prior. They forged my signature on the final receipt, charged for equipment without pre authorization, took their time moving one chair at a time because they charge by hour, the worse experience- they received the payment in cash ,left to return saying it was money missing - very dishonest !!!

One star is not accurate. - Negative 100 would be accurate. I had a 2 bedroom loft that they took 3 days to move and then did not finish the job. I had to call another company who finished the job. They arrived late at 4:30 pm. on a Wed and worked for 4 hrs and said we have to go. They were to arrive early in the morning. I had to stay in a hotel that night. I missed two days of work. the next day they arrived at 5 pm and stopped work at 9:30 after telling they would arrive in the morning to finish the job. They broke furni... read more

Disappointed. Estimate for full house was $2,700 for one truck, ends up the sale of our house fell through and we had to leave 3/4 of our furniture here to stage it but we needed to move the rest (bedroom etc into our new home). I called AMS several times and they said no worries we can split your move in two parts and the total of both moves should cost the same as the one (plus additional travel time which seemed very fair). If I could give zero stars I would. These people not only broke and damaged my mothers furniture and were highly unprofessional and also made a disaster but my mothers $3000 camera and equipment was stolen. Even when my mom notified the company the day after they have refused to do anything about it. They don't return her calls or anything. She filed a police report because the owner said they needed that in order to put in an insurance claim and they still have not done anything. HORRIBLE Do not EVER use this company. They lie. They showed up 7 hours later than the original booked time. Mike, the manager, is completely unprofessional and does not have any morals. He lied to me about when the crew would arrive, said he would "take care of me" by discounting the price and then refused. He told the movers to lock up the truck and drive away with my possessions.
