All My Sons moved my wife and me back in March. The people who moved us were great, however, we noticed once we were moved in that a mirror that had great sentimental value to us was missing. I reached out to All My Sons by email and phone calls, and every time I was told that they would check into it and get back to me, and I never heard anything back from them. So while I was happy at first with the service I received, in the end, I was extremely disappointed.

Horrible bunch, run far away. I was told they could move two small storage units (not full) 40 miles one way. Ben the manager assured me, no problem - less than $400. They showed up in a Penske truck was girl and boy in All My Sons Moving t-shirts. As a cancer patient, I had to sit in my car and saw them not using the two dollies but one box at a time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i used this company when I moved a few years ago. After the move, because I was so busy, I never got to write a review. I am moving again, and I just want it in writing that I would NEVER use this company. My move was from my storage unit to my home in CT. The movers literally dropped boxes that were clearly labelled "FRAGILE" without any regard. I was there to witness this. We hired All My Sons Moving following a recommendation from our realtor to handle the packing and move of our goods from Branford, CT to Clinton, CT. Crew was pleasant and efficient. One major problem: they did our packing and only labeled boxes from the kitchen. So, we are now in our new home surrounded by unlabeled boxes. So much fun trying to find things. If you check the corporate web site, you'll notice the reviews are all 5 stars.

Nice fellows, but not very skilled in packing and moving. And, of course experience in packing and moving is exactly the skill set you want in a moving company, but not with All My (careless) Sons Moving and storage. In short, the dropped and broke items that other moving companies would have packed and handled with care. And then they lied about the damage. I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option!!! They ruined a glass cabinet and a couch and offered less than $100 for the claim!!!! Absurd. What am I going to do with that?! Can't replace what they ruined. NEVER use them. Unprofessional and irresponsible. I'm telling anyone and everyone to NOT use this company. Oh! And they say if you receive/accept the low ball payment for all the damage they did....they want you to sign that you won't write any negative review on line about them!

Couldn't agree more with all the previous reviews, do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE else. Wish I would have read them before we hired these crooks to do our move. Terrible business practices and highly unethical. The actual movers themselves were nice guys (the 2 of the 3 that actually showed up to work that day to do our move), and all of our stuff arrived undamaged which I'm very thankful for after reading a lot of the other reviews, Mike in the office not so much. Massive damage to my home and goods. Careless and inexperienced crew. One guy sat in truck smoking cigs around all my stuff for over an hour after he got high. very shady. When called out on damages crew became very aggressive. Called the owner to discuss he shared a similar aggression and one of his employees actually threatened me, saying they "know where I lived" and asked if I really wanted to make the claim. Might seem like these guys are priced better than others -- there is a reason for that!

These guys are unbelievable... DO NOT USE THEM. The guy who called me after I requested the quote was nice and they called me moments after I requested it. I got a call the next day telling me that they can give me a better rate if I move my move forward and that I would be the first appointment of the day... I get a call the day before saying I'm the second appointment of the day and they don't know what time they will get there, but I'll get a call 30 minutes prior...
