I have now documented your company as the absolute WORST customer care I've ever experienced. Been waiting for 2 weeks for a customer care rep to repsond to my submitted claims, phone calls, and emails. They don't deserve the one star but limitations say I must give the one star. My story sounds pretty familiar to what others have said after using this company. My fiancé had used them before when I assume they were under different management and had good experiences thus we trusted them. Everything seemed normal until the day of our move. On a 10 point scale, Customer Service and Care = 0; All My Sons cooperation with police = 4. I would never suggest anyone use All My Sons (Charlotte location or any other location). Stick with me until the end because that's when the police get involved. First, when unpacking, I noticed that they did not take care with some of our items. I had clearly marked a box glass shelves, breakable, and they stuck it in a huge wardrobe box on the side of the box where it could easily be broken. Somehow it wasn't. We were quoted ex... read more

Where to begin. So, I began searching for a moving company around December 2016, in preparation for my February 2017 move. I received many quotes for various different companies, and decided to go with All My Sons because they had hugely popular reviews. My move was scheduled for February 25th at 9am. Double charged, broke half my furniture (what they actually packed) we're friendly, but very slow. They charged double what they quoted. When I called on the phone the guy talked about other companies would charge extra for a long move (the move is 1.8 miles BTW). Never again. They owe me money. I feel they were intentionally deceptive to defraud me after it was too late to do anything about it. Never, ever again. I would leave less than one star if that were an option.
The movers arrived on time and were great. They dropped my tv, and immediately informed me. Communication about the claims process was unclear. After finally understanding the process and taking steps to submit a claim, I feel I am getting the run around from the company.
