Purchased $3,000 bedroom set in 2007. Replacement cost is far more than that now for equivalent. The set was in pristine shape. The moving company ruined the dresser and broke the frame of the bed. We produced the receipt from the purchase and all we are being offered is $150. Do not use this company. And All My Sons - unless you are going to offer me a fair amount don't put in your standard 'I'm so sorry call customer service' response because that's what we did and this is our result.
Worst customer service ever - ever!! Worst employees - but what could you expect from day laborer. Stay away from them IF you want ALL your belongings delivered and the items delivered in one piece.
Complete and utter joke of a moving company. Unprofessional, rude and they have no problem canceling your move the morning it's supposed to happen and then canceling it altogether when you call back and ask for a reduced price or for them to work with you. Do not use this company.
Well we moved from a 2 bedroom apt with everything boxed and only had to move 1 bedroom set. Several boxes,kitchen table and chairs,washer and drier and some odd and ends. The move was less than 5 miles away and they got lost on the way over and took 30 mins to get to the new house. They unloaded all the items which there wasn't much since we were in a 2 bedroom apartment.it took them a total of 5 hours to move us less than 5 miles and that was with 3 people working very slowly!!! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this company and would never recommend them. At first the guys that came to our house seemed nice enough but over the course of the move I actually caught them stealing from us. We filed a police report, which is on record if you want to look it up yourself. In addition, the way the manager at the Charlotte location handled the situation was disturbing. At first he seemed to be just as angry as we were but then stopped returning our calls so we also reported them to the BBB.... read more
