Damaged items that are obviously from poor management and a lack of care for my belongings and lost essential parts to items. A shelf had a piece from melted candy stuck to it. I will not be using this service ever again and will be telling everyone I can to do the same

Please read the online reviews on this company before you hire them!!!! They are a nightmare.

Zero Stars. Do not waste your money. They will damage, break and take your belongings. They will also damage your home. My experience has been a nightmare. Would have been easier to move myself. Their form of customer service is to argue with you or yell at you.

After calling throughout the day finally got a call back at 5:20pm stating there would be no time for my move today. Who does that? If the issue was confirmation then why not tell me that when I called in the morning or the two other calls I made??? Looking forward to the refund of my deposit so I can do it myself tomorrow. I asked the representative several times before I booked if they would be able to do it since Mondays are my only day off. He assured me.

Used All My Sons about 8 times, 4 for business and 4 for personal. Lost track of the number of referrals I have made for them to associates for both residential and business moves. 7 of the 8 times we used them were perfect. #8 was a disaster of proportions that will prevent me ever using them again. Here are the facts. 1. Took 7 hours to load 1800 square foot office, then another 3 to unload. Last move of the same office took about 6 hours total. Whomever is the driver of the truck with the license plate ending in 7673 today on I 77, cut myself and at least three others off in traffic while going roughly 80 mph through a construction zone. Never will I trust my valuables with a company that apparently hires NASCAR drivers for truck drivers.

My husband and I had water damage in our home this summer and because of a couple antique pieces of furniture, we decided to hire a moving company before our floors were done. Scott came out to our house to make an assessment of how long it would take and I SPECIFICALLY pointed out the importance of moving an antique, roll top desk with great care and an antique hall mirror carefully.
