They should ask more questions before touting as piano movers! They were told about the location of where the piano would be moved to, they were told about a small hill and I was told it was not problem as they are certified piano movers. The guys who did the move (Devin and others) were great, the manager not so much. The company was glad to take the money and run while not finishing the job. Maybe doing an onsite visit should be in their list of things to do.

My worst fears imagined brought to life. I was charged over 3k for a move. Driver was drinking on the job. I have a shattered glass table. 2 damaged dressers. 1 broken clock. 3 pieces of pottery are shattered and my sofa was damaged. I’m absolutely disgusted at the lack of care and response received. Once they got to my new house they had no tools to put the furniture together as promised and asked for a steak knife to screw my bed together. I’m still finding things that were damaged. The WORST service ever! Not only did my boyfriend & I schedule our moving appointment a MONTH ahead but the day of the move they call to make us to make us reschedule for the next day due to “truck breaking down” now we both took off work to be able to make the move and to have to change the day was frustrating enough but we did because we had no other choice. But the WORST part of it all is now they are moving our furniture into our new place and damaging every piece! I mean from the couch to the tv stand to the dinning tab... read more

I have been trying to contact customer service for two months. I have sent multiple emails and called multiple different numbers. I have gotten no response to my emails and have gotten hung up on when trying to reach someone on the phone. Please contact me.

Worst experience ever. I hired them based off their 30 years experience in the business. Told them my mother had antiques that couldn’t be replaced. They damaged not 1 or 2 pieces but 4 & offering me $150 for everything. Do not trust this company.

Stolen items, damaged furniture galore, over charging it’s just to tip the iceberg. Don’t use them for anything!!!!!!

It took 3 men over 10 hours to move a 2 bedroom townhome. When we complained to the manager he said it was because the townhome was narrow. The townhome is less than a year old and meets code. They ruined a bed with grease, broke a couch, broke the grill, broke a mirror, ruined lamps and then asked us to pay $2000. The manager finally agreed to $1700. When we called to complain a second time the manager gave us attitude and provided an 800 number.

DONT USE THEM!! HORRIBLE!! My 70 year old mother and I paid deposit for a move scheduled for June 15th end of April. The week of the move I called to confirm and was informed that they would be arriving in the afternoon and will call when on the way. I got a call from Russell at 1pm saying he didn’t forget about me guys were still at job. At 433pm he calls to say that they were not going to make it if I had another day in mind.
