My husband and I had water damage in our home this summer and because of a couple antique pieces of furniture, we decided to hire a moving company before our floors were done. They don't even deserve one star. I never received a call the morning of my move. Movers did not arrive until 11:30am and then left promptly at 9:00pm even though my move was not complete. I am single and in my 50s and had to put my bed together to sleep that evening. I put together my dresser/mirror and kitchen table also. My desk is still in the clear wrapping. I have plenty of pictures to prove my statements. The washer and dryer were placed in the wrong spot and I had to ask that they be changed. Boxes were clear... read more
Stay away...liars, cheaters and scam artist. Have used many movers in the past, they are the worst. Dropped an expensive piece of furniture right in front of me, gouged my brand new hardwoods, told me they would take care of it - 4 weeks later no response. Told to call customer service and they are even worse.....

I won’t use these clowns again. They nickel and dime you for everything I had my own tape but these clowns decided to use their own tape and charged me for it and items they said were included in the move they charged me for it. I had an expensive bill at the end and they didn’t unload the truck until my credit card was approved while they waited and charged me for that time. They must have had a lot of American Express cardholders complain about their service because American Express fraud department contacted me as soon as... read more

My husband and I have moved 12 times over the last 48 years. We were thoroughly happy with the results of all these moves until All My Sons Moving & Storage moved us this last time. What a disaster it was!!!Unprofessional, shoddy, unprepared, slow and lazy is how I describe this latest move. We had our things in storage for 7 months and are now just starting to move into our new home and finding things broken, pack improperly, or just thrown into the storage unit. I have now documented your company as the absolute WORST customer care I've ever experienced. Been waiting for 2 weeks for a customer care rep to repsond to my submitted claims, phone calls, and emails. If you are the manager of customer care, what are your responsibilities other than CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS????
