Theresia C 07/30/15 Taking them to small claims court.. Need I say more!!! If your putting your things in storage they won't honor your claim. I have nothing in writing to state that. My dyson vacuum cleaner sat in their warehouse for 3 months. I had a tote full of shoes that disappeared and a broken standup fan. My claim was denied.
Worst moving experience ever! Retired military, and have several moves in 20+ years. These guys have no idea what they are doing or have deceptive business practices and are complete cheats/thieves. Only needed a cross town move, with about a weeks storage. A company representative came out and did the estimate. It was about $500 lower than the competitor. Awful moving company! To settle a claim with them, and you will have one, you may not post derogatory reviews of them, true or not. This is why there are not many reviews for a company that has been in business for 20 years...hmmmm.....
3 guys showed up stoned. Apparently didn't get enough, so smoked in the van in between trips. Stole change and jewelry. Broke stuff. Couldn't lift anything. High out of their minds. Thank God our apartment complex had to pay for the move. 900 dollars for an across the street move and we moved everything we cared about by ourselves.
Obviously, I'm not the only one your company has disappointed Joel. At no time were we notified that our estimate was voided. You attempted to pay us off to remove our review. If you had done what was right, I would have added an update saying you did what was right. Suspension for thieves, and all the other things I detailed is extremely poor business and if you don't believe me, keep reading the other reviews. ;) You can still make things right, but I'm not stupid. To start the 3 guys who unloaded my truck into storage did a good job. Problem is their " policies" as I was told several times when I questioned their chargers - "it's our policy". First they charged me $119 to drive to the site and back to their office. Really! I don't charge my customers to drive to their home. 2nd thing they charged me 8% of the total bill for a fuel charge. Terrible moving company. The movers were incompetent and inept. The movers assisted us in our move and were very unprofessional, and had no care to the belongings in which they were moving. While your back is turned watch out they may attempt to cover up damage they have caused to your furniture. This company damaged 1375.00 worth of furniture and dwelling structure while attempting to "move" furniture. This review is strictly for management. I had a great experience with the labor, but the management was a problem in my case. The only reason there are 2 stars is due to their labor being good. I arranged for a move for my mom, who is very ill, and I had to move her out of her upper floor apartment to a ground floor apartment, because she could no longer use the steps. The problem is that this job was bid over the phone without seeing my mother's apartment, and the estimate should have been done in person as any other move ... read more

My advice to the next victim of this moving company is get everything in writing and be prepared to be disappointed. The manager of this company talks a great game and seems to care about your things until its time to fix a problem. We hired this company to move my mothers 4 bedroom house from Pueblo to Littleton. We were promised the move would be finished by 6:30 pm and it will cost $1100.00. Long story short they couldn't fit everything in the truck and the move finished at 9:30 pm and cost $2100.00.
