STAY FAR, FAR WAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have looked at Yelp BEFORE I hired this moving company, but I made this decision based on the fact that I used them ONCE for a short move. I tell you all right now, DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. Only positive is their efficiency. Otherwise they were reckless with our baby furniture and left several dents in walls bringing our stuff in. These are definitely not professional movers. Will never hire these guys again!

If you've already given your $100 deposit, I'd ask for a refund. If you're even considering this company, nothing is as promised. BEWARE! Hidden fees and rates always changing, refused to unload any of our belongings until paid in full. Told they us they hold your stuff as "ransom". Movers themselves not bad but management is horrible. No one ever told us about the hidden fees and when we found out about the 12% fuel surcharge we sent an email for greater detail, no answer. We left a voicemail, no returned call. Disgraceful, negligent, and dishonest are the first words that come into my head when I think about this company. We hired this company after having an estimator named Peter come into our home. He told me that because of the size of the move, we'd receive 6 "all-stars" to move our furniture and all of our boxes. He estimated us at 9 hours (maximum), and he and I had a conversation about saving some money by having my family move the boxes the day before, so the movers would only do furniture. The movers were nice, but several items were broken. My glass was broken to my dining room table, so I now have to buy a new dining room table. Several pieces of China that was passed down from family are broken, and a dresser now a hole in the side of it, so I have to buy a new one of those as well. One of my mattresses was ripped, the bottom of my couch has a hole. I took pictures because the support I received was none. Received an in-home estimate and chose company based on estimate. Moving day came (6/5) and we were supposed to have 2 trucks and 6 men. Instead we had 1 truck and 4 men. They weren't able to timely complete job and didn't pack everything they agreed to (all breakable items). They tried to leave but instead sent a new crew to "complete" job. I put a list below of why the management of company is unprofessional ( the movers are good for the most part just management is horrible) 1. They did not show up for my move, after my 2 hour window of time they said they would show up, I called over an hour with no answers. When the manager finally called back he was unprofessional and did not want to make up for the inconvenience. 2. Hidden fees. Please do not hire this company! As a gift to my daughter for the purchase of her new home I paid for the move if they picked the company, they absolutely chose the wrong company!!! So much damage, and left items at the old home just a total disappointment! You certainly get what you pay for!

So here it is from the beginning. We scheduled this company to be at my apartment at 8:00AM We got up early to have stuff ready for them to move and have stuff boxed. They end up calling us at 9:00AM saying they will be at my house in exactly 40 minutes. So we decide to hurry up and go get some breakfast from a place that's 2 minutes away.
