Absolutely the worst moving company ever! One star is one too many. The move estimate was way off. Six men could not get the contents of my 3300 sq ft home moved. I had about 25% of the household items that they had been contracted to pack. I had packed the rest. They did extensive damage to my furniture, to the home I moved out of and the newly built home I moved into. Should have read the reviews. Worst moving company ever. They broke a light fixture and put a hole in the door while moving out furniture out. Manager said someone will get in touch and no one ever did. We kept calling and no resolution. Also when we receive our furniture a lot of damage. Filed a claim and they offered nothing to help fix what they actually broke. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Wow...I wish I had read these reviews before hiring this company. Overall, the crew that moved us here on a local move were good hard working people. However, the supervision and management were just mouthpieces and made promises they could not deliver such as using the right equipment for the tasks at hand (i.e. dollies, pads, etc.) as everything they used was not of good quality. I wish I had read these reviews before I used them. I am not at all satisfied with their service. They move way too fast trying to "save you time" but in the end I had stuff broken and half a dozen boxes put in the wrong room ( all of my boxes were clearly marked). I don't recommend them. Spend a couple extra dollars and go somewhere else

Called these people when our scheduled movers failed to show THE DAY BEFORE CLOSING ON OUR HOUSE, this was a cross-country move. We got several quotes to simply load our truck that averaged around $240. These guys knew we were in a jam. Quoted us $569. They called us back in 10 minutes and said they made a mistake, now it was $749 PLUS travel time. I just can't give a good rating for people that take advantage. Would recommend steering clear of these guys.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently used this company for a local move and I regret it more than anything! They quoted me 400 for this move and when they were done it was magically 900 dollars! My mother even helped unload half of it! They broke a light, our grill, our bed frame and several others and I have called the claims with no response- big surprise! My mom recently used this company who is 60 years old. I originally told her to use two men and a truck but she didn't listen. What moms do lol. Anyways she was quoted a price on the phone to move her furniture out of a two bedroom apartment into my house. I unfortunately was at work the day of the move so I couldn't assist. The movers ended up taking 8 hours to move her stuff most of which they moved into my garage instead of the basement where her stuff was supposed to go. If you are moving don't bother to call this company. Owner calls day before to confirm the move and we confirm to meet at the old house at 9am . At 10am I called to leave message , at 11am leave another message. He must not care for his business. No call no show. Please find some other companies for your move because he won't show up.

I should have done my homework better on this business. I join with the others to say this company is not one you want to do business with. We moved from Colorado to another state. The estimator came to the house, walked through taking notes and the gave a binding estimate. We were told the estimate included packing and loading all of our belongings.
