I would warn anyone out there to not use this company. I scheduled to move only several heavy items of furniture plus a washer & dryer. They sent 3 guys out who could not handle our stuff. At this point if they felt they could not do the job safely they should of called for more muscle. When they arrive at our destination by the second piece of furniture being broken I called the Colorado Springs office to tell them what was transpiring and to send more muscle or fresh people. The guy who came out and gave us an estimate said we would be a close fit but would fit in one truck. His solution if we didn't fit in the truck was to pack our cars. He under estimated the weight by over 1,000 pounds. We had to get a second truck which they then charged us for! The estimator should have gave price for second truck at first and final walk thru!! We shouldn't have to pay for the second truck when the estimator was the one who was incorrect. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
This company is absolutely horrible. The boxes stink from a ton of ferrets living in horrible living conditions right next to the same boxes they give to customers. They literally shit on everything in that room. The guys dont work hard because their boss "Fox" isnt paying them correctly. These guys work 70-80 hrs a week and only make 200$ paychecks. If you want quality movers pay for them elsewhere if you care about your belongings.
Wow...I don't even know where to begin...and really feel that I was played the fool! First, Peter Bonito - Estimator - Moving Specialist & Advisor (RIP OFF ARTIST) came to my house and LIED to us! 1) Made a point of telling us he was a "partial owner." ~ Probably a "Partial LIE." 2) Made a point of telling us that All My Sons does NOT charge travel time from the shop to the moving location and that this was something that set them apart from the competition. The guys were very friendly but after the move almost every box was crushed, every crate broken, furniture damages, and items broken. The packing was terrible and they overcharged us from what they quoted us making them far more expensive than they originally stated. I would most certainly never use them again.
The move went fine until they ripped my flooring in my laundry room. They didn't tell me and now the corporate office only wamts to pay me $50 for the inconvenience. I can't even pay the labor to fix my flooring with that! The house was just restored after a fire so the floor was brand new! They didn't state the real price when offering a quote either. This is one of the worst moving companies I have ever seen and I have moved over 20 times in my life. They were unprofessional and damaged both houses. They smashed a glass table and their offer of settlement is a job. Do not use this company.
Sooo, Troy - the first guy at All My Son's (CO Springs location) who cancelled our move - was stealing business and then moving customers on his own. Not cool, but I can forgive them for hiring the wrong guy. The second guy, Pete, came in next. He looked me and my husband in the eye, shook our hands, and said he wanted to do right by us after the issues with guy number 1. If you are lucky enough to reach the corporate level, you will be compensated for all of the damages that this company will do to your property, I finally did after two months of hassle. Their corporate office is wonderful. Very professional and nice, as a corporate customer care office should be. The experience for the actual service we received was anything but pleasant.
