Aweful packing items from 4 different rooms in one box to include cleaning supplies in with yarn and canvases, wood screws rocks and gems not wrapped office supplies like paper and pens all in one box
On 4/1/2023, we employed All My Sons Moving & Storage to help us move our larger items. Everything was going well until about two thirds through our move. The crew went to remove the washer from our old residence and dropped it down the two steps leading out into the garage. Luckily the only damage was to the outer shell of the washer. We originally hired for 3 people to move us. We have always moved with 3 people and have been done within 3 hours total. We got a call back and we’re offered a 4th person and we would be “done in no time”. Between the 4 they took 5 hours! We were told 2 people would cover upstairs and 2 downstairs. If that was the case, it would have been done in half time for ofcoarse half the price. $250 for “materials”. Terrible company. Stay away from these thieves.
Agreed to show up as close to 1:30 pm as possible and I exp!aimed the storage facility closed at 4pm..I agreed to pay 2 hour minimum. I am 70 year old woman who needed help moving a 16 foot and 8 foot POD into a 24' UHaul. I talked to them while in route to the storage facility and they confirmed they would be there close to 1:30 (I arrived at 1:25)..at 1:45 they said they were still at another job but would arrive shortly..no show..then at 3:08 they said they were..still..:20 minutes out!! I put a deposit down and in the long run had to cancel the move. Ryan told me I would be getting my deposit back. I’ve reached out a few times and crickets plus still no refund. I will let everyone I know not to use them
