Please do not use this company. Our move with them was an absolute disaster and they damaged more pieces of furniture than not. They take their sweet time loading and they broke a family heirloom and tried to cover it up so we wouldn't notice. Every piece they moved has some form of damage most severe being a Crack all the way through my dresser and a large rip on my loveseat that was less than 8 months old. beyond angry and disappointed.
Worst moving company ever!!! We were told one price and they came back with extra fees that we still don’t understand what they were for and spent twice the amount quoted. THEN they finished early and we were told we would get $300 back. It’s been a month and they have not reimbursed that money nor will they answer emails or fix it on the phone. Don’t give a bid to a elderly woman on a fixed income of $483 and after the jobs done say it will be $200 more. Your guys was on the job 2 hours, not 3 1/2 like they said.
We were quoted 600 and we made a deposit of 100, and on THE DAY OF THE MOVE when they had already loaded some of our belongings in the truck, they said they were adding more fees, and ended up charging us 1200, with hidden fees here and there that no one told us about. They didn't even fit all our stuff in their truck and they damaged several pieces of furniture. We called the office to complain about it and they basically told us that we had to deal with it. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Horrible experience.
I have never experienced such an unacceptable experience in all of my life. My parents, Robert and Marsha Bennet called and scheduled a move on October 4th. They explained that they needed packers and movers for this move and were told that they would provide 4 movers for the packing and the moving and that they would arrive at 9:00 am today, Thursday, October 13th. I’m just thankful I caught on to some of their shadiness before my move and canceled.
Gave $200 deposit quoted $600 for moving to another apartment in the same complex took all day. At 9pm had all my stuff loaded on the truck wouldn’t unload until I paid an additional $700. Total scam and broke my desk in several places never got back to me on my claim. Was so mad just wrote off the desk. As a single woman with 2 men at the end of a long day I just paid them. Don’t trust this company to move anything for you!!! I moved April 2019.
RecommendedI was told I would receive a hour back refund the day of my move and when I called a few days later to ck on this, I was told that in fact I would not be getting this bc they already waved the gas fee!! This is extremely unprofessional, if this was the case, I should not have been told by the movers to call and ask for this and then told by the man on the phone that I would be taken care of!!! Run! EVERY piece of furniture was damaged. Not one piece that requires disassembly was packaged together.no idea where to find arms that belong to couch - let alone the nuts/bolts to reassemble bed frames. Run! No response/recourse when we reached out about the excessive abuse. We’ve professionally moved dozens of times. GROSS NEGLIGENCE.ABSURD ABUSE OF POLICY that states we are not transporting so essentially we don’t care - good luck, we didn’t even wrap your 20k leather bed frame. RUN!
