In the beginning as it usually is with MOST companies that want your business, everything seemed PERFECT! "Tommy" came over our house to give us an in person quote. We explained that we would pack our own stuff and move our own boxes. We only needed them to move the heavy furniture pieces, such as the beds, dressers, sofas and dining room table & chairs. They charged my daughter $830 for a three hour move. They over charged the move by charging her for more time than it actually took and charged her for services that weren't even done. Do not hire this company their prices are insane.
This company is horrible. They showed up an hour late. Took far longer to unload than load. They broke furniture and lost a lamp and then gave me the biggest run around for weeks. You would be foolish to use them. They are just horrible.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY! I do not write reviews but I feel obligated to share my story. We got two movers, one guy was very nice but the other one was very unprofessional. He was cursing the entire time. They absolutely took their time on everything. My husband and I took off after they did, but we arrived at our new house 20 minutes prior to them arriving. Worst moving company I have used. Damaged 80% of my furniture. The customer service to resolve this issue after was nearly non existent. Do yourselves a favor and don't ever use this company.
We used all my sons to move from FAT Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta buckhead. 1000 sq to 1700 sq. First quote was $8000 they evaluated 186 boxes .... So when we told them that we did a move from overseas with a full personal container with the same furniture for $ 12.000 marc or joey came to reevaluate our move.... It went down to $6000 Our contacts were Joey, Marc, Dayton, and Colton,never the same person and they do not like Emails.... now we know why ! I'll start off with the Pros: Customer service is great. The flexibility of moving our move date here and there was awesome. And the price was reasonable as well. We Moved all of our stuff out of our townhome we sold into their storage for a month, then had them move everything into our new home. Cons: THEY BROKE tens of thousands of dollars worth of furniture. Broken TV, broken dressers, broken footboards, broken shelves. And not to mention they lost a lot of the hardware to the furniture. I used all my sons in late September, it is December 2nd now and I am compelled to writing this review. I had two young guys help me move and everything went pretty efficiently until it came time to move my piano (which in the past I did hire a Piano mover to move but they were a separate moving company needing to employ.All my sons advertises they move pianos as well) I watched as the two guys attempted to move the piano OUT of the moving truck and proceeded to crack both the front legs clear off my piano. I'm very disappointed..... after much time searching for the right movers I settled on All my Sons. Kirk the salesman was very nice and informative, he taught me what to look for when choosing a mover and so I felt comfortable choosing them. Well, to start....... they sent 3 guys to move us from Florida to South Carolina. It took almost 9 hours! When they got to our new home only 2 men showed up.
