On Saturday, August 29th, I was scheduled to have AllMySons move my belongings. When I made the reservation, I looked for movers online and found reviews of 4.4 / 5 stars for AllMySons. The worst possible moving experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are extremely over priced and are not upfront with expenses of the overall move. My new home has scuff marks and dents in the walls & doorways and they damaged the bannisters of my stairs. My furniture has marks and scuffs on it as well. Poor customer service from management. I really hope their headquarters shuts them down. This is NOT how you should treat people who serve your country!
first they quoted me for $100 as a deposit then said $250. so then after the crew had loaded 3/4 of my stuff into the truck they decided that they couldn't move anything else because one of them saw a bug. then I called to get my refund for the deposit like they told me I could do and then I cannot get my deposit back. I was lied to and this company will never have my trust. I would definitely never recommend anybody use this company. 0 out of 5 stars.
All my Sons moving and storage in Newport News Virginia showed me a very vital lesson. NEVER use them again! Please tell your family and friends the same. This company was the worst that I have ever had and being military I have moved from place to place around the world. They are taking advantage of people! PLEASE go somewhere else, for your sake. Pretty much they were late, broke some of our items and tried to extort us and hold our items hostage I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy
The movers had to move my 10 by 30 storage that was literally my whole house. I was asked specifically was big items were there.. which was 4 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 love seats and 2 sofas, garage items, 2-3 TVs and about 40 boxes. They reassured me they can move it all blah blah blah, pay per hour.. ok.
