Was quoted around 700. Ended up being well over900. My Baby Grand piano was chipped and the legs now have scratches. Had to repair a hole in our wall that they left. More money.... Then they asked for a tip knowing I was extremely upset over my piano and the wall. Was told my husband would get a 10% discount for being a disabled veteran. Didn't happen!! Will never use them again!!
Arrived 5 hours later than the window of time I was given. Then they asked for a tip before they left. A little later I discovered one of our bookshelves in pieces sitting at he bottom of the stairs and they never said a word about dropping it. Will never use again.

WARNING This is a SCAM organization! If you or someone you love has been scammed by this organization give this ring leader Josh Mavrick a call and let him know what a criminal he is at 321-432-1456. He promised my 65 year old mom the company would help her move the Friday before Labor Day 2017 and help her pack items that were too heavy for her and then when the morning of Labor Day came they called at 7 am and said their truck "broke down" ( red flag #1) but they could move us Sunday and would give us a "significant disc... read more

Al my sons moved and stored our items. With over $1,700 of missing and damaged items they offered us $52 to repair and replace everything. They are CROOKS. #AMSthieves

We used this company a few weeks ago for our move from Orlando to Jacksonville. A guy came to our house to give us an estimate and it was almost $400 under what the actual price ended up being. On top of that, they didn't pack all of our things into the moving truck, so we had to drive 2 SUVS back and forth THREE times to get the rest of our belongings. When the guys got to the destination, they were slacking and I even caught one smoking a cigarette. We were made to feel obligated to give a tip at the end as well. When I ca... read more

The move itself was fine. I didn't like that everything has to be in a closed box, no bags. The movers were professional and fun. It was way too expensive however. You have to pay the hourly rate for their travel time. Any other moving company I have used, they charge you from the time the time they arrive until the time they leave the new location (or a minimum of 2 hours). I did not like having to pay for the extra hour for their travel time.
