My elderly mother-in-law paid a deposit to have her home moved. They had an appointment for Monday 2/15 at 9 am, they showed up at 1230 and said they would need to come back the next day with a bigger truck. This place is completely unprofessional. I am forewarning you NOT to use this company. Lied saying their driver called me and then went to another site? I did not receive a call from anyone. But, I did receive a call saying that they had to go to next job bc u didn’t answer your phone call?!! I said, I just answered this call of you cancelling, so how come u called and I answered?? Sexually harassed over the phone by Chris- terrible experience! He cancelled moved
The 4 movers, including Juan ( seemed like he was in charge because of his leadership skills, being proactive, and taking the initiative ), were absolutely great, hard working, and efficient. I just had a problem with the company policy of not unpacking the truck until they got paid. It slowed down the moving process, because we were doing some last minute price negotiations. Never use All My Son's Moving. Horrible experience.
Showed up SEVEN hours late and the movers didn’t feel like doing our move because it was too late (which was their fault) and DROVE OFF and told us they couldn’t come back for three days. Rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!
Here is something Joe and I decided not to talk about until now because we do not like leaving negative reviews about companies. We always hope they do the right thing without us resorting to this but All MY SONS MOVERS decided not to show us that they are good company. Instead they showed us how terribly they treat their good customers and how little respect they have for anyone or their household items you have worked your whole life to collect. RecommendedIt's waa absolutely a professional. He and his partner started on time and finished on time. He definitely knew what he was doing. I loved the way everything was wrapped up and systematically moved. I definitely plan on using this company again.
