Absolutely horrible. The crew was fine but the support and office is miserable, inconsistent and untruthful. A week later and my son is still moving things out that were left behind because the crew showed up with no supplies! Still no detailed invoice and they called to collect payment before the move was even finished!
You all should refund Megan and Ian Rissman for all of the furniture you damaged and your unprofessional response to their complaints. 3 days from now when you have 3,000 more phone calls and tons more of these Facebook reviews, you’ll wish you had just refunded them 🤷🏽♀️
Didn’t even have the chance to use the company they quoted me and 3 days before the move they canceled leaving me hanging. Operations manager very rude.
The worst moving experience ever. And the manager Chad was beyond rude and defensive when we called to voice our concerns.

The 3 guys were nice. Now, I'm left to clean up the mess they left. Gave each a $30 tip AND typed a great review in front of them. Didn't realize nothing was where it was supposed to be because it was TOTAL CHAOS DURING THE UNLOADING!!! Widow Cheryl says Noooooooo!!!!!!!
Not professional or reliable. Furniture damaged not covered during transportation. Would never recommend to anyone
do not believe on their estimate as it states it is a Not to exceed estimate! their estimator, Walter came to our home gave ius an estimate of $2,900 for a 2,000 sq. ft. home. they had to make a second trip and when they finished at 10:30 at night, they asked for an additional $1,100. when my wife talked to Chad the next morning besides him being so rude, my wife hung up on him, he said because it took longer and they used more packing materials, they are able to charge us for them. we called their corporate office in C... read more
