Worst experience ever! I gave them 1 star because 0 stars aren’t available. They were on time as planned (but not wearing masks and gloves like promised in the contract of service)but showed up to my house with no tools to take the beds and some furniture aparta that when I confirmed they said they would provide everything. Used your service on July 3rd. Called several times since my move to have someone call to settle up my bill. Iam getting the run a round no one has returned my calls! I find this so unprofessional in every way! Not only not getting monies refunded from time not used but also there was damage to my property and missing items. I just want to warn others of the horrible experience I had with All My Sons moving. When I booked them for my July move, I was quoted 3.5 - 4 hours, at $175 per hour. This was reasonable, as my previous move, completed by Two Men and a Truck, took just under 4 hours. I wish now that I had used them again, but I was hoping for a better experience this time. To say the “service” we received from this company was unacceptable is an understatement. I apologize in advance for how long this is, but I’d ask any potential customers to bear with me as it is a cautionary tale of their horrendous service. The move seemed to be going well for the first few hours but around 2.5 hours in they began to argue an awful lot about how the truck is being packed. Worst moving company ever!!! 0 stars! Terrible customer service, damaged items after moving, missing belongings all on top of charging double the estimate price! Followed by being hung up on when calling to complain because they don’t want to do the right thing!
Do not use them. Price gouging at it's best!
On the 19th of March I used All My Sons moving. The crew moved my things, drive it to the other to unload and never put any of the furniture back together. I didn't review the receipt till 4 days later because it went to my Spam folder and I realized I was charged almost $90 for materials.
