The move itself was fine. I didn't like that everything has to be in a closed box, no bags. The movers were professional and fun. It was way too expensive however. You have to pay the hourly rate for their travel time. Any other moving company I have used, they charge you from the time the time they arrive until the time they leave the new location (or a minimum of 2 hours). I did not like having to pay for the extra hour for their travel time.
Company is useless. Wish I could give them negative stars. I could say more, but I am tired of living this nightmare they created for me. Don't ever use them unless you want to pay $1,000's and have your belongings destroyed.

DO NOT use this company!! They do not number and track boxes removed from your home so there is NO way to know if a box has been STOLEN until everything is unpacked and you find your stuff missing! I had a box of memorabilia from my children and grand children's baby years as well as almost $14,000.00 (yes, $14,000) of jewelry STOLEN and their claims department offered me $250.00. The reasoning for $250.00 is based on the "WEIGHT" of the object. Their contract on the bill of lading limits their "liability to $0.60/pound... read more

I've never had such a terrible experience with a moving company as I did with this one. The owner of the company attempted extortion, threatened to steal, and charged for services not rendered. The police had to be called. The movers took much longer than it should have. I will definitely be contacting the BBB and writing bad reviews on other sites.
If you want to have the worst customer service, be overcharged to have barely anything moved and have your furniture broken, then hire All My Sons. We had to rent a truck to finish the job ourselves. Worst experience ever! And no one will answer the phone, call us back or treat us with respect. Absolutely terrible!
