I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. to move about 8 pieces of furniture cost me $650. The kids who moved my stuff talked about getting "high" before they moved me. I would have turned them away but needed moved due to selling my house. they broke and damaged several items and didnt put my bed frame or couches back together. I keep calling and talking to Troy who says he will call me back and never does. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY! I'm filing a BBB complaint and getting a lawyer.
Movers were rude, did not comply with our instructions. Was told cant move an elliptical machine that the estimator said no problem to. Didn't move planters from my deck or the fire pit, estimator said no problem. Left with room on the second truck. I had to haul 4 pickup truck loads. Put most the boxes in the basement until I yelled at them that all of the boxes were marked and should go to as specific rooms. Left a mattress in the dining room. Not only were the movers 5 hours late, they thought it appropriate to tell a paying customer that they weren't going to come because her last name was "dotty" and they thought she was Indian, among other racist commentary that i don't feel comfortable laying out here. Do not use this company unless you're okay with supporting bigots who will be outright racist to your face.
We paid them to load our furniture. When we reached our destination every single pice of wood furniture was heavily damaged! I filed a claim which they denied. Do not hire these people! This was the worst customer service I ever received! They are incompetent!
First off, it should be noted that Rob and his crew did a great job packing, moving, and being careful with all of our items. If I could hire the same crew for a future move, I would. However, the business/office side of things, was flat out awful. There were numerous miscommunications (when they actually communicated) between the corporate office, and the local office. Did not fully explain full prices on the phone, never explained time minimum and extra fees over the phone. Furniture would not be transferred until bill was paid. Charged $430 to move three pieces of furniture 3.7 miles. Would never recommend!!!!
They really h had me impressed from the first phone call. UNFORTUNATELY, that's where it ended. I didn't get a call the night before, as promised and when I inquired about it, when I contacted them around noon on the planned day of the move, I got no apology. I got a "well anyway..." kind of response. Then when they finally arrived, they were in & out of my apt in 15 minutes. I paid for an hour of travel time to my apt (round trip, it took them 30 minutes), and 2 hours of labor! They seemed to be in a huge hurry to leave too... read more
The movers were nice but that was the only good experience. Very hard to deal management and they do not worry about the customers schedules. They appear to be cheaper during the first discussion but you find out they have a lot more fees than any other company. I would not recommend using this company for any moving experience.
not only was I overcharged, not all of my stuff got moved, boxes were all in 1 room stacked all the way to the ceiling Anthony was rude, condescending, and obnoxious to me very unprofessional. worst moving job I've ever had or seen and after I've talked with management they just keep giving me the run around. what a joke! I'll NEVER use them again or recommend them!
