The moving guys were great, but this company is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend working with them. The office told me two different starting times for when they movers could arrive and when I pressed the issue, Larry literally said “I feel like you’re coming at me.” He was extremely rude and sarcastic instead of simply apologizing for the miscommunication and moving on. He still never once apologized and we just paid $700 for a 3.5 hour packing job to move to a storage unit literally 3 blocks up the road... read more
There is an all my sons moving truck at the apartments I live in, not only are they blocking the entrance to the elevator; but they are also blocking the entrances to the staircase as well. They did not care at all about the fact that I couldn’t get up the stairs. They were also throwing whoever they were moving, stuff around. A box that said “fragile” the guy just threw it to the ground. Would never recommend them. The website claims that the company was built “on quality customer care, fair and honest pricing, and superb moving services.” This was not my experience. The movers showed up 15 minutes after the hour-long window given to me. Not too big of a deal, if that were the only problem. They sped through the electronic paperwork and said the total would be $383.04 “or possibly a little bit more than that.” The total ended up being $1,043.50. Beware: I booked my move almost two months in advance, got a confirmation call a week from the move and I even called the day before the move to confirm the time. Got a call at 9am the day of our move saying they had to cancel as no one showed up to work due to poor work conditions. I am awaiting my deposit refund. We had to scramble to find someone to help us move, luckily our friends and neighbors stepped up and got us into our new home. Obviously this company needs an overhaul starting at the top. RecommendedVery bad experience with someone at customer service line very rude and unprofessional. Never recommend this movers and rate it zero. Many stuffs came damaged.
I would like to retract my original 5 star review. I figured out the reason they ask you to do the review before they leave- it's because you don't find the issues until afterwards! Not only did they leave a huge gouge and black mark on the washing machine, and a large blackish stain of some sort on the couch, but when they put the bed together they stripped EVERY SINGLE SCREW because they used an impact driver on it. You're essentially paying for one person to work really hard and two others to do little to nothing. They came with no packing supplies and had to leave get them, then didn't pack a good third of my household items. They said it was because they don't transport items not in closed boxes, however *they* were supposed to pack these things and just chose not to. they dont keep their word. everything I was told was false. they didnt come on the day I booked. they sent inexperienced workers. they didnt even show me anything in writing before the move. the tablet their agreement was on wouldnt work. what I was told about billing wasnt true. basically, NOTHING I was told on the phone about this company was true. in the end, after a move that took twice as long as it should have taken (on the day after I booked) they threatened to lock my stuff up on the truck until I paid for the move i... read more
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE BEST INSURANCE IN THE WORLD! I used this company and the three men that moved my ONE BEDROOM apartment items took 0 care with my items. The amount of unprofessional-ism that came with the move was baffling. First off, one of the movers hit on me repeatedly after clearly saying no.
