Well it’s been over a year since i moved with this company , i was quoted for $150 an hour for which i had 15 items and a big bed which i knew would take some time , drive time was like 15 min do i figured it would be 3-3.5 hours so around $500 , nope ,workers took like half hour break after loading up and before they unload at new place it was $800 , actually counted 3 .5 hours 🙄, which coulda been 3 if not for the break but also extra $300 for gas and tape for the furniture 🙄🙄, beware of this place , will never use aga... read more

I had a confirmed 8am appointment. They called me at 741 to tell me they are on there way. Short story, they finally arrived and started at 930.
As with the other reviews have stated, my experience with this company was very negative. They were 2 hrs late, did not realize they were moving an entire house, lost some glass shelving and the hardware for a treadmill, doorways were gouged and the company impossible to communicate with. I chose them because their ads claim customer satisfaction is a top priority, couldn’t be more misleading, will never recommend them.

**after all my sons commented on this post, we never heard anything from the company. Such a horrible experience! Movers were scheduled to come out Wednesday 12-4. Showed up at 7 and said we had too much stuff, so they’d come back Thursday. Thursday they said they’d be to us between 12 & 1, we got communication that it’s be closer to 2. At 3:45, they finally show up and say they have two more small jobs to do and can be back by 5. 6:30 rolls around and they tell us they’re still finishing up, but are sending another crew ... read more
