I wish I would have come to this page BEFORE booking to be warned from the other reviews! First, they showed up an hour late and hungover (they told us). They were nowhere near the professionals that were promised by our estimator. It took an hour just to remove a refrigerator from the house (it was already unhooked and removed from the wall. The worst part is that several things were damaged. We woke up the next morning and our bed collapsed. Come to find out they put the frame together after breaking it without telling us.... read more
Quoted me $420 after putting down a $250 deposit & then they found out I was in a bind so told me it was gonna be $650 MINIMUM!!! Asked for my deposit back after finding this out & said no way. DO NOT use this company. They are fradulent & will take $$$ from you.
I totally wish I would have read these reviews before hiring this company! The two gentlemen that moved our belongings were good. Helped me out beyond means as I was also moving stuff up 2 flights of steps as they were moving my furniture. One mover shattered our glass tv stand right outside of the apartment we were moving from! I myself helped 1 mover clean the mess! Nothing was said about getting it replaced or reimbursed... my biggest reason for the 1 star rating... the movers filled the elevator with stuff they were aske... read more
I asked repeatedly were you cost effective, the sales manager Cory stated he would see what he could do, I asked Anthony he said we will see what we can do. They quoted me 601.00, the bill turned out to be 1100.00. They broke three items and I probably wont hear from them. I am awfully upset, I would not have hired them if I knew what they were going to charge me, my niece is a realtor and referred me, I will tell her not to refer anymore. Unless I get money back I will keep writing bad reviews. Do not hire them!

My neighbors used this coming to move. While backing into the driveway they drove through my brand new sod. I had talked to a manager and he was "looking" into companies to fix it. This has gone on for 5 weeks so I called the corporate customer service, 4 times, before I actually talked to someone. During this conversation I was treated rudely. They would not coming fix my grass (it would have cost $50. They wouldn't fix it because I didn't have the measurements of the tire tracks- so they couldn't link it to their tire size... read more

I will be taking this company to small claims court this was the worst moving experience I've ever had in my life they sent their crew out with the truck that could break down any minute to load all my s*** up in it just to have it break down less than a quarter of a block from the apartment that I was leaving what should have only taken a little over two hours to move me ended up taking five and a half hours to move me this company gave me no discount whatsoever the only thing you could tell me is he wasn't going to charge ... read more
