How do you fail to show up to move someone after you are booked, then give them the run around? Awful!

Unbelievable, unprofessional & downright liars. It’s 11pm & I’m sitting in my pregnant daughters home surrounded by boxes. They were a no show yesterday but promised to be here between noon - 1pm today. Kept pushing back the time. By 7 pm they promised they were on their way with extra crew. By 8pm, they stopped answering their phone & their voice mail was full. She closes on her house in the morning & the new buyer has his movers scheduled to start moving him in. Avoid this company at all costs. This is a NIGHTMARE!
I used these guys a year ago, they were several hours late, at the end of the day they said they were tired and would come back in the morning. Then they informed me I would be charged for overnight storage of my stuff on the truck that was already loaded as well as another trip charge the next day. I refused and told them to unload, they finished close to midnight. This evening, I just learned that they were supposed to move my daughter - and after two days they still haven’t even showed up. If you value your time and personal possessions do NOT go through All My Sons moving. When I booked my appointment I was told they would call me at 2pm when they were headed my way and would be there at 2:30. After several calls, they didn’t show up until 6pm. Then once they finally got there, they dropped a box and I heard the glass shatter, but they whisked it away in a hurry and wouldn’t let me see. My sister hired this company to mover her out of Per apartment they told her that the couch that she has in there there is no way that they can get out of a door but yet a different moving company was able to move the couch in supposedly they have their senior movers they’re moving her and he would know best if it could or could not get in the door it’s funny how stuff gets in a building but they can’t get out sounds like they’re being lazy
They were on time and packed nicely, but upon unloading, they didn't put our hutch in the right spot, after they said they would. They broke the couch after they told me it dropped in the trailer. Didn't put the beds in bags like they claimed they do upon the initial interview. They also scuffed up our wall good too. Oh, and our bed that plugs into the wall, they plugged it in and jammed the headboard up to the plug in and after a long day of moving, we had take apart our bed and unbend the electrical plug in.
