DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could. I booked my move a week in advance and told them I have a window of 1:30-3:30PM at my new place because I had to reserve parking. I gave the advanced notice so I could have that time frame. I was told no problem. I was then told they’d arrive at my old place around 10:30-11:00AM. At 11:30AM, they weren’t there. I call and they now tell me a window of 11-1. They finally arrive at 12:40PM. The truck was then broken. So now I have to wait to get it fixed. I cal... read more

My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
Scheduled the move in advance; confirmed that we were moving from a 3 story townhome into a house; provided the square footage and estimated the boxes and totes etc. Great so far! When the movers showed, they did a walk through then had to call the main office. Why? Because they were only scheduled for a 2 hour job... While they estimated that they would probably need closer to the full day. Yes, could have told you that :/ Not so great! They were the worst! Do not waste your money. When I gave feedback after my move they could have cared less. No call, no response. DO NOT USE THEM!

If you want your stuff in one piece don’t use these guys! Most incompetent people ever, a 4 hour moved turned into a 12 hour move with us having to finish the remaining part of the move. I’m still unpacking from our May 2017 move and continue to find items that you cannot put a price tag on broken to pieces! Disgusting and horrible customer service! This company out of Omaha should not be operating. The biggest problem starts with the manager who has zero clue what’s going on, which in turn, cannot lead or manage a crew.... read more

NEVER use the company. Absolutely HORRIBLE. The customer service is terrible!!! I was told that I would have someone here at 11 am and that I would get a phone call in the morning. NO ONE called. I then called them at 1:30 pm. They said someone would be out shortly and they would call me back. There was no call back. I then called again at 3:30, 5:30, and 7:30. I got the same answered every time. They have already taken my deposit and still have no rescheduled and they just keep giving me the same run around. Don’t waste you... read more
