I would stay far far away from this moving company. They were very difficult to communicate with and ended up being very late on the day of the move. They quoted me $387 for a 1bd apartment move and sent out two men who were so slow and exhausted already from moving all day in the heat. Myself and my Mom ended up working more then the workers and it still took a crazy long amount of time. I ended up being charged $900 for the move which is INSANE. I have never seen such an unprofessional company! The two movers took over 4 hours to move my 7 pieces of furniture 15 minutes down the road. The crew leader was professional and nice but the other member was so unprofessional and complained the entire time! Even after this man had a cigarette break to calm down from the “stressful” move, my father and I had to help move furniture in! Used them in April worse move I have had. They don’t want to pay out for the damages they made to the furniture they lost screws for my bed and broke it. They charged for materials used and they never even used it look through things they wasted time which cost me money. Oh and good luck getting anyone to answer about claims filed they don’t call you back and they lie don’t use they are the worse
We paid a whole lot of money to this company and even tipped their movers to find out after they left they stole from us and we have damages everywhere in the house and to our stuff. This has by far been the worse experience ever NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. You trust businesses to hire people that can be trusted we are letting your workers in our homes we shouldn’t have to watch their every move. I feel violated and disrespected
I used All My Sons for a move on 4/5/20. I had the worst experience, on almost every level. I wrote them an email describing it in detail, and gave them a chance to contact me to make it right. I am so annoyed at the lack of customer service from this company! We moved back in December and they ruined both our washing machine and our dryer! We had paid for the insurance and receive less money than ours were worth ( they were only 2 years old) plus we had to wait a few weeks to get the claim approved and get the check in order to buy a new set. DAMAGED furniture, DISHONEST employees, and ZERO VALUE or RESPECT for customers. I hired All My Sons after interviewing a few different companies for a local move. They “sold” me on their claim to offer highly trained, experienced, and honest employees to help me with my move. They also convinced me that due to the aforementioned credentials, the purchase of additional insurance was unnecessary. I trusted them. The result? Today my son waited from 9 am for crew Be there noon Be there 5 pm Turned up 6:45 Someone dropped the ball Team brought in from another county finally. This is not how a company should treat its customers .. Wrong on so many levels .. I am beyond frustrated with this whole situation. As for my son who is now only starting to move at 6:45 at night I can not imaging how he feels He is still waiting on a management ph call
