Do not do business with this Micky Mouse run company! We hired them to help us move in June of 2021. They showed up late and high, but everything seemed to go fine. That is until they broke a $4000 antique vase that has been in our family for generations. I was told their insurance would cover it. Well, that was a lie in every sense of the word. First of all the movers stole $380.00 from my purse that was in my kitchen. did not deliver a shoe rack that I saw them load. broke the wood on the bottom of my chest of drawers, put a deep gash in my dining room table, dropped my 65" LG OLED TV that now no longer works. I talked to management and they told me not to worry they would make everything right. As of right now they refunded me $100.00 of the three hundred and eighty they stole from me. Horrible company. If you want your personal belongings dumped into boxes without any wrapping after you've paid for packing, or if you want items stolen and broken, freel free to contact this company for your moving needs. Absolute joke. 75" and a 32" TV never showed up, four (4) Yeti coolers stolen---not one made it to my new home! Bedroom Furniture damaged quite visibly, not to mention several other expensive pieces of furniture scratched and dented. Items placed in boxes with no rhyme or reasons. Horrible service. I scheduled a move for my Mom from one Assisted Living to another. I paid the deposit. I made sure in the initial phone call that the person scheduling me knew it was an Assisted Living facility. The day before the move I called to confirm and they stated they are moving Assisted Living apartments "right now". So, no I am left without help. Will not recommend or ever use this company again.

Moved my 89 year old parents, the night before the move was called and told about an extra $150 fee that would be added to the move. When I called for pricing this was never mentioned. The guys that did the move where good just the company is not

First of all, you have to deal with a call center which has no idea what the local company can or cannot do...don't waste your time, there are plenty of options, choose a different one!!

all of them didn't have masks and they broke chairs. Lost screws and scratched all of my furniture up. Horrible customer service because they don't try to help or resolve issues

Do not use this company! They called me the day before move and told me they gave me the wrong estimate and would be double the price. I had to use them because I called around and couldn't get any company for next day long distance move. They wouldn't take everything. They scratched my 65 inch tv, my door frame at new house, some furniture. I am also missing some glass shelves out of one of my pieces of furniture they moved.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had a move scheduled for weeks. They called an hour after they were suppose to be at my house and canceled on me. They told me there was nothing they could do to help and "that's the reality of the situation". I will never recommend this company to anyone. This is a horrible company with bad management and they take no pride in their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this company zero stars I would.
