this place is a scam. they will quote you one price then I move tell you that the price has increased and tell you they can't complete the service until you pay more. Tim at alabaster is a shester, he talks real big over the phone,he probably was bullied a lot as a kid Do not use these people for anything.
As a business owner, I take reviews very seriously. I waited on this company to handle outside social media, but I've heard nothing. I chose an expensive company because I wanted the best work. WORST experience ever in moving. Ended up having to call in family and a Uhaul at 10:00 at night because this moving company was so bad. Bounced my boxes off the steps, broke numerous pieces. Before the move: After sending someone out to look at the house, they said the move would take two trucks and 5 hours. Cost quote was increased. Day of move, showed up with one truck and took 14 hours. Do NOT use All My Sons! My Mom booked them over a month in advance, paid the deposit, and confirmed with them a week before her move. They NEVER SHOWED! She called and they basically said, “oh yeah, sorry - we don’t have anybody to work.” They didn’t call or anything! It was crazy! They told her they could get to her the next Sunday, which was 6 days after her scheduled move! They didn’t apologize and the person both she and my brother talked to was a complete jerk. HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrible. Birmingham AL should be ashamed of themselves.
DO NOT use this poorly managed company. My husband and I had a horrible experience and hope you DO NOT make the same mistake we did. Take a look at the GROUPS people have made about their poor business practices. They misquoted my move. Some guy named Kedrick threatened my husband. They didn’t have the right equipment for the job. My Kamado Joe ceramic grill was dropped and cracked when moving and I was standing there when it happened. This is a 1k grill and they offered $90 lousy dollars to replace it. What a sorry excuse for a company! We told them ahead of of time we had a grill and they said it was no problem but obviously it was. We moved around November and had a lot of things missing, the main being my son and wife medicine, thousands of dollars worth of stuff and they send us a freaking check for $99.00. That does not cover the medication alone. My son has asthma and wife has diabetes. The past two and a half months has been horrible because some sorry low life stealing from people.
