Awful, awful, awful moving company. It took 3 guys 11.5 hours to move our 3 bedroom house (locally) because they could not fit our stuff on one truck and had to make a second trip! The movers complained about our furniture being heavy and about having to go upstairs. They were not careful with our belongings at all, as almost everything was turned on its side or upside down-even if the box was marked breakable. They were the cheapest quote of three other companies, but that should have been a clue NOT to use them. Save yours... read more
They are horrible! They broke my 51' TV and they are very unprofessional! I had to file a claim and wait 30 days for them to deny my claim. I will take them to small claims court because I work too hard to have people break my things and not be held accountable!
Not even close to professional in kind owner is a dumb ass with a shitty attitude that think if he gets all the money it's okay
Decent company. Guys worked hard and were nice. Scratched some items, broke some stuff, dented a few walls. Gave each guy a $50 cash tip, and they still took a few of our things with them. Decent in town moving experience, would not use them again.
I wish I could give negative stars! This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I used the Summerville location off of Ashley Phosphate. Dennis and Jenson are the leads there. We had an incomplete pack out, things stolen (they hire thieves), several items broken, and even worst the corporate customer service is unresponsive and not helpful at all. Still trying to settle up with this company on a move from January. This company had hidden charges and has ruined every piece of furniture in a move. I have e-mails and pictures to prove that they are not honest!
Was gonna move at 9 am. 2:52 pm right now. Still haven't heard a word of where the movers are.
