If I could give them a negative rating I would. If I have to crawl and drag my furniture for my next move, I would do that before I would call these people again. Absolute nightmare!!! Our house was sold and we had to vacate and was forced to give them a deposit to hold the date. Terrible moving company. Damaged furniture, damaged the floor and trim in the house we moved into, and took way longer than it should have. Did not hold themselves accountable for the damage. They gave us an estimate that was $500 less than what they ended up charging us. Would not recommend this company!

Stunningly unprofessional...not only did All My Sons grossly underestimate the price to move my 72 year old mother, their guys helped themselves to her liquor cabinet. My mom hired them to move her just 19 miles and the original quote was $3,900 but they forgot to consider any of her bedrooms or her basement. The sales rep blamed the software program. When the second quote came back it jumped to about $5,600 and my mom balked at that. So the rep told her to empty a China cabinet, a small hutch and her bathroom linen closet... read more

I initially had no one who could give me a Moving reference but of course they all know someone good AFTER it was booked and coming the next day.3 months prior to our move from Florida to south jersey I called and spoke to who I thought was upper management and gave my deposit as rates were going up in April so locked our rate in. They were very accommodating in working with us when closing dates came and went. I decided to wait a few days before writing my review. I wanted to calm myself down. Now that I have I can say without a doubt and without hestitation...All My Sons is one of the WORST moving and packing services one could hire. 2 of the 4 movers were the LAZIEST MOTHERF*#~ERS you could ever imagine. Terrible company. Raised the hourly rate that they quoted me when they called 2 days before! Also tried to add surcharges. Big joke. Then a guy named Kevin tried to use every excuse in the book to not refund my deposit. Just terrible all the way around. Beware. Read all of the bad reviews!

We had a terrible experience last week with All My Sons in Cherry Hill. When I called to book the appointment a month in advance, I was told that the movers would be coming between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. on the day of, but I would be given a call a few days before with a more specific arrival time. Would NOT recommend. I used All My Sons for a one bedroom apartment move from South Jersey to Philadelphia. First, I was told I would get a call when the movers were on their way, because they couldn't give me a time, just said I was first. Never got a call, movers just showed up. Three guys, all pleasant. Took them 8:30 to 11:15 to load items from my first apartment. I was okay with this, even though it was a little longer then estimated. TL;DR - the movers were okay, but upper management of the company is very unprofessional - will not use this company again (details below). I was moving from my parents house in South Jersey into a 1-bedroom apartment in Philadelphia. The movers did an alright job getting my furniture and boxes off the truck and up to the 11th floor of my building.
