Let me start this review by letting you know that everything you are about to read is a 100% true story about my disastrous experience with All My Sons moving company. I chose this company because of their guarantee of great customer service and care for your property. It has taken months for me to calmly write about my experience with this unethically managed company in Cherry Hill, NJ. I made sure we had two estimates (initial one and one week from move). I was selling and buying on a Tuesday. The movers were to come on Monday and keep our things overnight. After the trucks were loaded I planned to broom clean the house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Terribe/awful service/THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. They will screw up your entire move!! DONT USE!!!!! I cannot emphasis enough!!! You will be sorry.. They showed up 6 hours late for my move. They were supposed to show up by 10 AM, they didn't arrive until 4PM. I would not recommend this moving company. I have several issues: 1)They sent 4 movers to our home and one of them just sat in the cab of the truck for half the time they were there. 2) They damaged our front door, wood floors, and poked a hole in the ceiling. 3) They did not do a good job loading up the truck. DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They were TERRIBLE! They were slow, incompetent, and damaged a lot of our things and when I sent and email describing all of this with pictures, the managers never reached out to me. It's one thing to have terrible staff, but if an unhappy customer reaches out to the head of the company to inform them of how bad their staff is and they don't respond- what kind of business model is that!!? Used All my Sons of Cherry Hill. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They charged over $1000 to move less than one room or stuff. On top of that the credit card I used to pay (that I never use) was compromised a few weeks after trying to make online purchases. I never use the card anywhere else so there is only one logical culprit especially because the credit card # was given to them over the phone. I would NEVER use them again! Steer clear.
The company is very shady. Talked to 3 different people and received 3 different quotes. The office manager, Jason, is extremely rude and unprofessional! My bill was double what I was quoted. The only saving grace were the movers! Brian, German, Francis and Omar were excellent! They were kind, reassuring, professional and took excellent care of my furniture. I can't say enough about all 4 men. I don't recommend the company but, if you do decide to go with All My Sons, do yourself a favor and ask for these 4 guys.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I'm so disappointed with this moving company. I couldn't believe what I got myself into. It was supposed to be such an easy move. The person on the phone said it wouldn't be more than 2 hours and less than $500.00. Well, that wasn't the case. They really steal your money right out of your pocket. $762.00 it came out to be.
