I called and scheduled a virtual estimate. I received a text message confirming the appointment and saying I'd receive the link when my appointment was ready to begin. Everything seemed good. My appointment time came. No link. Thirty minutes after my scheduled time, and I'd heard nothing so I called. No one seemed to be aware I even had an appointment. Horrible experience with this company. My fiancé and I were scheduled for the morning slot to have All My Sons help us move from our apartment in Philadelphia to our new home 30 minutes outside of the city. I called to confirm the move five days before the big day and all was confirmed and good to go. I was told three men would arrive at our apartment anytime between 8-9:30am to begin the move and that we would receive a call when they were 20 minutes away to let us know they were on their way. THEY CANCELLED AN HOUR AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME, AND LEFT ME STRANDED!! I had a move booked for today 10/30. The movers were supposed to call me between 12 and 3 to let me know what time they would arrive. By 3:30 I hadn't heard from them so I called dispatch. Then I was informed that the crew was running behind from their first job, AND that one of the guys had a "family emergency" and they would not be able to make it to me. Beware! these guys are the used car dealers of moving companies. First, didn't send a truck large enough and told me (at 730pm) that either I had to rent them a truck or pay $1000 for another. I looked around for rentals and nothing was available, they already had most of my stuff so I had to eat the $1000. While I was on the phone with "Nitty" he berated me using language my mother would've smacked me in the mouth for. Scumbags. Broke my furniture and tried to hide it. I found it a few weeks later and the owner of the company refused to do anything about it. Trust these reviews and stay away.

DO NOT USE THEM. One star is being too kind. I had a small move, just 20 miles away. I scheduled more than three weeks earlier and the gal in the Cherry Hill office took my $100 deposit. She said the company would call a couple days before the move to go over details. They called on September 22.. and told me they COULD NOT move me on Septenber 24. Then the lies began. HORRIBLE experience with this company . The reviews are true. They are nice when you first call . I was given a move time from 12 to 3 confirmed they sent me email. They did not show. When I called at 3 they said they were trying to get a crew together to move me. Did not contact me at all . At 5 they call and tell me they can't move me till morning. I sold my house and had to be out by the morning . I had to rent a UHaul and it took me and my wife and daughter all night to move and load truck. I would stay clear of this com... read more

Needed to hire a moving company to move my things from my 2 bedroom apartment in blackwood to a townhouse in Atco. They quoted me 150 dollars an hour and should only take 3-4 hours. I packed everything myself I did not use their packing service. When the day came they arrived on time and started to load my belongings. Everything seemed okay until we arrived at the house in Atco.
