DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars I would, tried to charge me for materials that I did not use. This was a local move, less than 10 miles to a storage unit. Slow and unprofessional. Complained about heavy items. The managers were calling me so they could talk to the employees. When one was on the phone, the other stopped working. I ended up unloading items so I could speed up the process. Still trying to get someone to return calls and emails since I am due a refund. Scratched my furniture. THEY SUCK. DO NOT USE

The biggest problem is communication. I was told we would have 2 trucks and 5 men, one truck to our new apartment and one to an off site storage unit. I gave a $1000 deposit. A week later I got a call from the same gentleman who took the deposit, asking me if we decided to use them. After clearing that up, (I thought), the day before the move I called to ask why there was no confirmation phone call. Using this company was the worst decision I have ever made in recent times. I would rate them negative if I could. Here is what happened: 1. They promised to send me an update on my booking - but nothing. I had to call to confirm my booking. 2. They had promised to start between 8 and 9 and they started at 9:45 3. Stay away from this mover!!! The movers we originally hired had a scheduling conflict so All My sons agreed to help move our merchandise out of our home within a days notice. This I was grateful for but they took complete advantage of our vulnerability and the quote they gave us initially was completely inaccurate . They billed my wife and I as they say fit to the point where the charges were so excessive , I threatened to call the police. Would give NO stars if I could. Will not go into details as to how TERRIBLE this company is, because what's done is done, but save yourself the aggravation and LISTEN to the previous reviews. DO NOT USE THEM! To the owners of all my sons... you should be embarrassed.

The worst moving experience of my life. They push you into hiring a three man crew instead of a two man crew to save you time and money. It took just as long for the three movers as it would have been for the two. One of the movers was unable to lift heavy objects! This moving company is basically bunch of thieves. We moved houses within 10 miles radius and we thought things were going ok, until we realized what has been stolen from our stuff. We had a Breitling watch worth $5,500, gold earrings, and expensive sun glasses stolen from our stuff. We were also ,missing an entire backup. I will never refer this company to anyone. My personal items were broken, unprofessionally packed or missing. For a $1200.00 move nothing should be damaged.....NOTHING!!!

My experience was HORRIBLE! I had 2 bedroom sets, dining set, patio set, and 3 other pieces of furniture and a lot of boxes. I moved 8 min away. I thought being charged $180 an hr was decent for 3 men to move what I thought was little and would only take a few hours.
